My experience at the hostel was incredible! As well as practicing English, I was able to make friends and meet people from all over the world! The tasks are simple, the hours worked are fair, the hostel is well located (very close to the tourist attractions), the meals are very yummy ! Flavio, Matteo and Lee are very welcoming, attentive and fun! Thanks for the experience, I'll miss it but I hope to come back soon ❤️

I had the best time at the hostel - everyone was so warm and welcoming and I feel like i've made a little family here. The work was very fair and left time for socialising + exploring London!! I don't want to leave

I met so many great people and took them to my heart. It was very hard for me to say goodbye! I had a wonderful time and learned so much. Thanks to Matteo and Flavio, the interaction with the guests and volunteers was great, respectful and always nice. Especially Flavio's comments and jokes made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Not to forget: Thanks also to the kitchen fairy, who prepared delicious food every day and contributed a lot to making me feel so comfortable there. I hope to have the opportunity to volunteer here again someday :)

Not to sound like every comment on the hostel's review section, however my time here was bloody amazing aha. I'm an Aussie doing 8 months through Europe and this was the perfect way for me to spend 30 days having dropped anchor. The facilities, jobs and food are exactly as advertised so don't second guess anything you read, all 10/10. But more importantly the people of the hostel are just amazing. Flavio and Matteo have created the best atmosphere I've seen from all 43 hostels I've been to this year. All the other volunteers are also so much fun to work with and was genuinely hard to say goodbye.

I highly recommend to apply, I really had a good time! My 5th volunteer experience and one of the best so far. I volunteered in housekeeping team, daily main tasks: empty bins, vacuum and mop in guests' rooms, sometimes cleaning communal showers and bathrooms. The host provided every day breakfast and a very good dinner (or lunch on weekends) with various good healthy meals (also veg options). You can use for free laundry and dryer once a week. Shared rooms are in good conditions, with a mini fridge and a personal wardrobe. Working hours are always respected, the managers are the best :)

I had such a wonderful experience volunteering at the hostel and couldn't recommend it enough! the team of volunteers and long term staff are so nice and genuine good people I'm really going to miss them! The tasks are easy and your hours are very well respected, so you have plenty of time to explore London! Flavio, Matteo and Linn are such Superstars 🤩

I am so grateful that I had the privilege of staying at the hostel for my first Worldpackers experience as it was everything I hoped for and more! I immediately felt right at home as the staff and other volunteers were so kind and welcoming. The work hours were always respected and the tasks are very straightforward and simple. The shifts are quite short which left me with lots of time to explore London. I have made lifelong friends from all around the world through this experience and memories that will last forever. Thank you to the hostel for a wonderful time!

It couldn't be better!! All the hostel team (staff and volunteers) were nice and friendly. The location is simply amazing, the food was really good, the tasks were as agreed and easy, and there's a lot of free time to explore the city.
