This was my first volunteer ever and I had the best time there, I would love to repeat it. I totally recommend this experience, the tasks were very easy and making them with the other volunteers made them more easy. the hostel is well located, very close to the city centre. The staff is amazing I felt very welcome by the team since the first day. Thank you for all, I hope to be back soon!!!

A very nice experience, the hostel it's very well located and the city it's beautiful, the manager Ali it's very dedicated, and I don't have any complaints about it, he is very open to communicating and make everything aligned with the staff. He and the others of the staff was very friendly and helpful to let you engage into the social life at the hostel. Also the tasks were pretty fair, and the time was always respected, I really recommend this place for others travelers.

I love you the hostel! Was my very first experience volunteering with worldpackers and it was an incredible experience! The tasks were easy, and the staff is the best 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🦄 full of beautiful people! Im going to miss you all ✨❤️

I'm thankful for the experience I have there. The full-time staff are unbelievably welcoming and joyful. From day one I felt like belonging to a family. Was too hard to say goodbye, and I miss all of them. I hope to meet then again very very soon. the hostel is in an ongoing process of improvement, and when I left was already completely different from the day I started. So I recommend this experience to anyone willing to learn and contribute to making that hostel an even better place to stay and share life experiences.

The hostel was the best choice in Edinburgh. the hostel is well located, in the city center, next to a subway station and very close to the castle. The local staff became my friends and a true family. Because place is about people and these people made this experience special. Work was smooth and flexible. Your biggest energy will be dedicated to changing beds and if you do it with perfection and teamwork you will be able to enjoy your day and help the hostel. I took a proactive stance on site, restoring the garden ready for use and leaving my touch in place. I will always come back ❤️

Volunteering at the hostel was great! the hostel is in a super convenient location and all the other volunteers where amazing. Living and kitchen space is pretty small but it's manageable :)

Amazing team who made me feel at home from the first moment. Work life balance was more than fair and had plenty of time to explore the city and organise group activities. Will be back for sure!

This was my first time volunteering in a hostel so I didn't fully know what to expect but the team did a wonderful job introducing me to all the different tasks that needed to be done. I always felt wlecome and the work was pretty easy and fun to do together with the other volunteers. the hostel facilities were pretty much what you'd expect from a hostel. Unfortunately during my stay there was a problem with overbooking so some volunteers had to sleep in the office which was not an ideal situation but I'd still return to the hostel in the future for volunteering. Thanks for having me!
