I had an incredible time at the Center with Christian and Anja. I spent two weeks immersed in the incredible energy that they and the other volunteers bring here, and ultimately I left with a deeper commitment to living mindfully. In terms of the actual work that you'd be doing, it's mostly contributing to building the project itself so that it can sustain over time and welcome more volunteers - during my time there, most of our working hours were spent making mud bricks for natural structures. Otherwise, we spent a lot of time meditating and doing yoga, which was amazing as well.

I'm glad that this was my worldpackers experience. I must admit that sleeping in a shared tent with more than 20 people can be challenging but this is also a part of the experience. I enjoyed the most from the Center teaching sessions, I think this is what makes this experience to standout from others.

I stayed 15 days at the Center and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life! I learned a lot about my mental health, meditation, yoga, buddhism, thai culture, permaculture and living in a community. Christian and Anja are one of the most warm-hearted and loving people I've ever met. Thanks to them and the other volunteers from all around the world I felt so safe and most of all I've felt loved! This place is such a wonderful place and I would recommend it to everyone. I will never forget you guys and the lessons that I've learnt. Thanks a lot!!

I wish I could've stayed longer! I will definitely be back! The people you meet here will fill your heart with so much love you'll cry when they have to leave. This place will show you what it feels like to be accepted for who you are. You will be encouraged to show your true self. It's a safe space to finally let your guard down. The Mindfullness Project taught me to lead with an open heart and to never judge someone before knowing their pain. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs help getting out of their comfort zone. Also, the food is amazing 👌

I m more than grateful for this project where I had my rebirth 🥹 Here i found the power of unconditional love, the kindness of the people but most of that, the inner power of the mentor of this place 🤍 All my life I have dreamed of finding a "partner" with whom I could practice yoga and meditation in nature, and in this project I found a whole "gang of angels" with whom I started my day in this magic land. The lessons Christian and Anja, gave us about life, Buddhist philosophy, love, but more than that, about how you can be an authentic human being liberated my distorted view of life.

The Center led by Anja and Christian is one of the most beautiful human experience I had in my life. I was expecting to learn, meditate, do yoga, eat healthy food and I got all of that. But that was just the basic here! Because I found my mind and my soul being nurtured beyond anything I could foresee! And it happened at the same time and within the same space when and where all volunteers could feel safe opening their hearts to one another. Share their hopes and fears as if we had known each other all of our life. Without fear of judgement and with full support for one another.

This was definitely an experience to remember, in the best way. Thoroughly enjoyed connecting with people and the programme as a whole was just so interesting. Not only did we learn about sustainability but also Christian taught us about Buddhism and made sure we understood what he was telling us. It's a really chill environment alongside hard work in the sun, yoga and meditation. I would definitely come back. Thank you Christian and Anya, beautiful people!

This place is not a lie. Felt like home after the first step. Joining the project is the best thing you can do to yourself <3 I've learned massively about all the secrets in life. Christian gives the best hugs and everything he shares is just pure love. Keeping all the wisdom within me for now on.

This is the most mindblowing experience you could ever have in your life. I would really blindy recommend all the world to be part of the project. Christian and Anja are the most enlightened people I have ever meet in my life, their wisdom, happiness, approach to life and love are something unique in this planet. In the project you'll learn a lot about Buddhism, yoga, meditation, the Center, yourself, happiness, life, permaculture, food, Thai Culture, etc. This is a place and time to heal yourself and whatever is aching your life. Make your self a favour and come to the project!! :D
