I absolutely loved my stay at the hostel! I was there during the low season, so it was very laid-back (and cold!). The staff is super nice and I was welcomed instantly. The room volunteers stay in is small, but cosy. Working the bar is really a fun job, and while the inventory does take a while at the beginning, once you get the hang of it, it goes pretty quick. I couldn't recommend volunteering here more! Much love to Jodi, Jono, Chad, and all the other people who made my stay feel like a home away from home. I miss you already.

It's a place full of good vibes and caring individuals, had the experience I thought I'd have when I first applied and more. It felt like home and I'll miss everyone that was a part of it. If given the chance again I'd happily return to the the hostel and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place with a good energy

My experience was incredible! I've made a lot of new friends and was able to get inside of new cultures! The job it's pretty simple and you have time to enjoy the city and the places as well! The staff was very friendly and kind with me :) I felt like home since the beginning. Im glad that I had this opportunity at the hostel ❤️

My experience at the hostel was incredible! The job is easy and fun, you can enjoy it as you go as long as you remember to to do everything expected from it. It is a great way also to meet people and travellers from all over the world. The staff is lovely and always there to help and chat! The hostel is a beautiful place with a great vibe and location, I had an amazing time !

My experience at the hostel was amazing! It's a lovely and friendly place, the staff it's very helpful and I had a great time working at the bar. In my time volunteering I met incredible friends, I improved a lot my english and I lived unforgettable moments. This experience will forever have a special place in my heart.

BEWARE, BRAZILIANS! I had a terrible experience at the hostel. But before that, the staff was generally very welcoming. Well, on my third day, one of the hostel staff, Jonathan, was rude and aggressive towards me in several situations. From yelling to monitoring me with cameras. I felt completely unsafe and humiliated in that place, and the next day I left. The hostel management did not give me financial or emotional support. They only apologized by message and that was it. I do not recommend this hostel. And the management needs to improve the way they treat their volunteers. Be more humane.

My volunteer experience at the hostel was incredible. I had the chance to meet wonderful people while staying at the hostel, and the staff was amazing. The work was always fun and surrounded by great company. I felt very comfortable, and it was a fantastic opportunity to explore this wonderful city!

Working at the hostel was an incredible experience from beginning to end. The staff is absolutely wonderful and well prepared to taking in new volunteers and help you at all times with everything that you may need. the hostel in its entirity is incredible. Beginning with the staff who are so patient, and supportive to volunteers in teaching them what must be done; to the common areas and dorms that are always very clean. Moreover, the vibe of the hostel is always amazing and interactive with people from all ages and nationalities. Would definitely recommend and hope all the best for them!
