The experience was amazing, Oscar is great, very gentle and respectful. The sessions with the students were amazing, you can connect with them and understand a little bit of Korean culture.

My stay the host was lovely and Oscar was a great host. You work five days a week with Sunday off and another day that you can choose. The work is in the evening, so you have time to explore Seoul before you go to the studio. The students were all so kind and I was able to hang out with a few of them outside of classes. It was so nice to talk to other people (even as an introvert) that the oftentimes it didn't even feel like I was working. Be sure to pack toiletries and other necessities + remember to be mindful of your roommates. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you, Oscar!

I had the most amazing time at the language studio, I met so many lovely people from different countries and got to interact with many locals as well! Oscar was very kind and respectful, he seemed more like a friend than a boss :) the host was a great place to live in, 45 mins away with metro from Seoul but the host itself was one of my favorite places to be in. Great restaurants and nice stores, with some parks as well if you want to be close to nature. Lessons start at 17:30 so you have plenty of time to explore Seoul before classes :) I really recommend this, I had the best time ever!!

Had the best time at the language studio! Oscar is a great host who always respect us and help out if anything needed to be fixed at the apartment. The work itself is so much fun is about 4 hours 5 days per weak but usually the hours are shorter depending on the days. The Korean students were all on different English levels but were so nice and I even hung out with some of them outside work! the host is 50 min from Seoul but have a lot to offer! Loads of fun and tasty restaurants right outside the apartment! I'm gonna miss my time volunteering here and I recommend this place to everyone!

Overall I had a great experience and I truly felt I could connect with locals. Students go from all ages and they're very open to share about their culture and discuss a variety of topics. I had all kinds of talks, funny/meaningful/serious and even grammar explanation. Oscar is a generous guy and he will always receive you with a smile and some jokes. Hours were perfect for me I could explore during the day and even take a small trip to Jeju and always be back right on time Spaces are shared so maintenance is up to us If you're only interested in Seoul might as well look for another place

Finally, I can write a review. Azul is a very kind and calm friend. He has a high level of English and is good at following the rules. A good person that many Korean friends like. I highly recommend Azul

I had an amazing experience with Oscar, he is very kind and was very understanding when I had to leave early for some personal issues. The work at the host is really easy and fun, and you get to know a lot of international and Korean people. I hope I can come back next year.

I had an incredible time at the language studio the host. Oscar is a very respectful host, and the hours are quite reasonable. One of the highlights of the program is the cultural the host with the locals, which made learning about South Korean life thoroughly enjoyable. The apartment is conveniently close to the Metro, though it does take about an hour to reach the centre of Seoul. I highly recommend this program to any native English speaker looking to explore South Korea and help locals improve their conversational English.

Working at Oscar's the hostel was a super fun experience where I got to make lots of Korean and international traveler friends!! Both the accommodation and in the hostel were very welcoming spaces and I feel like I joined a family in Korea. The accommodation is very near to a subway station and town, so it was easy to access the hostel and Seoul. Also, I felt very safe in this place.

Working at the hostel was my first volunteering program and one of the best so far. Oscar is a really nice host and the hours are reasonable. You don't always work the full hours so there's time to explore Korea. The accommodation is also close to the subway station so you get to visit Seoul and other parts of Korea. I highly recommend this program, you won't regret it! I hope to come back in the future.

This volunteering was so different from what I've done before, I really like socializing with people so I got happy when I had to talk with the “students” even though sometimes was kinda hard because they don't speak english so good or they are not talkative, it requires an extra effort. The host was so nice and the atmosphere at the academy as well, the house was so nice if you like living in community, the only thing is that they don't provide full meals and that it is 1 hour far from Seoul, but I would come back !!
