One of the best experiences of my life. the farm and his family are very welcoming, and I'm grateful to have been able to help out on the farm and with the village children. I 100% recommend it if you're looking for an authentic experience.

This experience has in one word been amazing. Once you arrive at Natsirs the farm-project you are part of the family and you can really feel it. the farm cares very passionately about the project and the people helping him push it forward. Like a kid he enjoys showing you everything around his farm, like a father he cares for your well being and tells you to hati hati*

I would highly recommend spending time at the farm School and farm! It was a unique and wholesome experience, immersed in a local community in a rural part of Tana Toraja. the farm and his family are very welcoming and kind. This experience will be enhanced if there are other volunteers there at the same time as you. The work is manageable and you can have a lot of fun teaching English and exploring the region on your day off. You will get a private room and 3 delicious meals a day. Be prepared to see a lot of chickens!

Staying at the farm School is something all travellers especially those from "developed" countries must do. Truly immersed with nature and traditional lifestyle of rural Indonesia in a harmony of village and neighbours, it's something you'll not able to experience anywhere else. During my stay I had a chance to attend funeral, the most important "celebration" for people here and the biggest attraction in Tana Toraja. It's truly an amazing experience. People are extremely helpful in South Sulawesi and the farm is the most selfless individual I've ever met. All the best for future projects!

This was my first time volunteering, and it became a highlight of my trip. Mornings were spent on the farm's ecological farm, harvesting and processing coffee and turmeric. the farm loves to share his knowledge. In the afternoons, we taught English in nearby villages to enthusiastic kids, making the experience truly rewarding. An Indonesian volunteer always assisted, making teaching easier. The welcoming family provided comfortable accommodations and 3 varied meals a day, including home-grown coffee! In our free time, we explored the rich culture and stunning landscapes of Tana Toraja.

My volunteering experience was truly fulfilling! I was warmly welcomed by the farm and his family, immediately feeling integrated into their community. Teaching English to young children was particularly rewarding, especially witnessing their motivation and enthusiasm. These moments were the highlights of my time there and truly inspiring. I will definitely return. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience to everyone! the farm is one of the bravest, kindest and most selfless people I've ever met.

Do not hesitate if you want to get there !!!! the farm and his family are fantastic hosts. you'll stay in a cosy bamboo bungalow in the moutains surrounded by nature ( don't forget mosquito spray though ) All meals are prepared by Diana with care and fresh ingredients everyday, you'll get a hint of Torajan food at each bites either in the kitchen or on the balcony. Love cakes at breakfast dipped in the farm's coffe remains on my top 3😁 You'll be immerged in Torajan culture and the farm will explain you knowledge of the land and nature. Teaching to the kids is quite a fun bit as well.

It was my first experience participating as a volunteer and I chose the best option. the farm and his family are very kind and very good people who are always willing to teach you and support you in whatever you need. Adiba is the youngest of the family and she is a sweetheart who always makes you smile and Irma is always worried about how you are and if you need anything during your stay. Finding her family in my first experience was a gift for which I will always be grateful.☺️

My time with the farm and his family was amazing! I loved learning about everything they grow and all their benefits, the students were great so it was really fun coming up with lessons for them, and the garden work was never too difficult! Sometimes it's a matter of asking “how can I help” a few times since the farm is extremely hard working and will do everything himself. You can really tell how much the farm cares about education and helping the community, I highly recommend that people come and help!

Go to the farm school, is something that every person need to do. This experience is amazing, you are immerse in the middle of the nature, connecting with you and the local culture. The project is really organised and you can have all the freedom that you want. The kids in the English class are really kind and participating. You will learn helping to the farm in the garden and enjoy their nature. The best thing about this volunteering is the people. All the family there is so welcoming and friendly. The food of Daiana and Irma is fantastic and the little Adiba is really funny. I recommend 100%
