We’re a hostel and bar with a strong social vibe, where travelers, locals, and expats come together through daily events and shared experiences.

We’re looking for volunteers to help assist with bar shifts, social events, manage night check-ins and help out with projects around the house.

Atividades & Turnos

Volunteer Agreement:

What You'll Do:

You'll complete 5 shifts each week. Here's what to expect:

- Evening Support:
Lend a hand with bar operations, social events, or whatever else we need during the evenings.
- Night Shifts:
Assist with closing, keeping things quiet, making sure everything's secure, and helping out with late check-ins.
-Hostel Projects:
We're constantly improving! Help us make T5 Social the best it can be by helping out in upgrades and projects.
- Maximum 25 Active Hours/Week

What You Get:

- Food supplies:
We'll hook you up with cereals, pasta and rice to keep you fueled up during your stay.
- Bar and Supplies credit:
Alongside included food essentials, you'll also get 250 RON worth of credit to spend at the bar or as part of our weekly shop.
- Shared accommodation:
You'll be staying with us in dedicated volunteer shared dormitories (two volunteers per room max).
- Access to our events:
Join in on our social events every day for free! It's a great way to meet people and get involved.
- Bar discount:
Enjoy free tea and coffee, plus a discount on all other bar items.
-Free Pub Crawls:
Available every weekend.


What we expect:

- Be on time:
We know things come up, but if you're running late or can't make your shift, let us know ASAP!
- Be professional:
Keep it positive! Respect everyone, guests and staff, and follow the community vibe we've got going here.
- Follow house rules:
It's important to know our rules. They're there to keep everyone safe and comfortable.
- Feedback is key:
We're always looking to improve! If you've got ideas, we want to hear them. Weekly meetings will keep you in the loop.
- Training and meetings:
We'll provide training to get you up to speed, and regular meetings will help us all stay on track.


Regras

Friendly Reminders for Our Volunteers

- How long will you stay ? :
We want your experience to stay fresh and exciting! That's why your stay will be capped at one month. But if you love it and we do too, we may consider extending it or inviting you back.

- Communication is key!
We use Telegram to stay connected—be sure to check private messages regularly, as well as the staff and community group, to stay updated. Revolut is also good to have.

- Ending your stay early:
If something's not working out, whether it's us or you, we can agree to part ways. Just give us a heads-up. We also reserve the right to end your stay if responsibilities aren't met, house rules are broken, or anything in this agreement isn't followed.
