Al conocer el metodo de trabajo de pilar pense que iba a ser muchisimo porque teniamos que trabajar un dia entero x 3 libres , cuando comencé me di cuenta que el trabajo era bastante llevadero porque si haces todo a tiempo te quedan muchos ratos libres . el hostel me sirvió para practicar mi inglés, me llevo a aprender varias lecciones de vida y me sentí súper cómoda con el equipo que me tocó, pude disfrutar de diferentes culturas y de otras muy cercanas. pilar me parecio súper comprensiva y una excelente anfitriona.

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel! The work hours were great. The work is laid out so that you work one day for the whole day (8:30 am to 11:30pm) and then you get the next 3 days off and then that repeats. This gives so much time to explore the rest of the island. Also even though the day of work is a lot of hours, it is not too bad. For the first few hours you clean the hostel, then you hang out for the rest of the day, wait for checking, and just be there if anyone needs something. And then you clean the kitchen in the night.

It was truly a wonderful experience, one that I'll treasure forever. Pilar was a wonderful host and I got to meet many fantastic individuals along the way.

El mejor hostel de canarias!!! Con los dueños más majos y amorosos del hostel!!!! Agradecidisima con la oportunidad, la experiencia y el cuidado recibido!!! Me sentí como en casa desde el comienzo y la comunicación clara y el buen trato hicieron de mi voluntariado una experiencia inolvidable!!!

The hostel has a welcoming atmosphere and you get to know a lot of people from different places, it is really close to the beach and pretty central. I liked the place

Ha sido mi primera experiencia haciendo un voluntariado sola, y me he sentido muy a gusto y muy cómoda, tanto con los demás voluntarios como con los dueños, Pilar y Carlos, que siempre estaban disponibles para cualquier cosa. El hostel está muy bien ubicado, está cerca tanto de muchos supermercados como de la playa, y los huéspedes son respetuosos con los horarios establecidos. Fue una experiencia genial que sin duda repetiría.

Pilar is a wonderful host and is so so friendly! I had an amazing time at the hostel and met some amazing people from across the world. The work was simple and straightforward, and Pilar is always available to answer any questions you might have. Most of the guests were friendly and polite :)

El hostel se convirtió en mi hogar! Los voluntarios que conocí fueron mi familia por dos meses y gracias a ellos fue una experiencia inolvidable. El hostel se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta, a una cuadra de la playa y cerca de todas las atracciones. La isla es un lugar maravilloso,perfecta si estás buscando tranquilidad y conocer gente maravillosa. Siempre me sentí escuchada y muy bienvenida por Pilar y Carlos. Muchas gracias!!❤️

The island itself is one of my favorite places that I have visited so far. The hostel is located right in the city center and I was close to the best beaches which was really good. The work consisted in working one day all day which it was hard but it was rewarded after with 3 days off to do wherever you wanted to. The best this that I can take out of this experience was the team that I was working with Caty, memi, vale and Elena made my experience much better. If you have a good team you will love the experience.
