It was a rocky start with the accommodation. You could see the hostel was starting its journey after the pandemic, and some structural, staff and logistical issues were solved during our time there. Even the reception is open 24/7 now. So you can party until late without being closed outside. We were lucky to have Masnita - the friendliest host and middlewoman we could have. She understood our needs from the beginning and offered her time and energy to provide us with the best experience as first timers volunteers. 💫

This is my first volunteer and has undoubtedly been the best experience, Masnita was always friendly, partner and willing to help me at all, she and all her team welcomed me with a lot of love. There is a good organization with the schedules, and with the tasks to be done, and a lot of good wave, I felt very comfortable and enjoying all the cultural exchange that go through the corridors of this friendly hostel. Thanks Masnita for this beautiful experiencia🥰🥰❤

This was my first experience as a volunteer, Masnita the manager always helped me, she is a wonderful person, always willing to solve all problems, we had some problems with the electricity in the room, but as now and a staff room made the experience more comfortable, I also had the opportunity to work at the hostel bar, and it was the best thing, I managed to improve my english, meet new people and connect with the Jap team which is amazing, there are some cultural differences, but everything contributed and changed my trip for better.

That was a great experience. The hostel has a rooftop bar and I was able to spend most of my experience working there. I could meet a lot of nice people ( locals and foreigners). Masnita is the best. She helped me a lot with so many things. She's really welcoming and we had a lot of fun together. About the reception, it can be a bit confusing sometimes but they are trying a new system and I think that will help. They close the door after 2:30 am. This can be a problem if you want to party or enjoy night time in the city. Make sure you don't get locked outside.

My experience at the guest house couldn't be better and I highly recommend this host! 💜 The team is fantastic, always kind and ready to make you feel home. The location in Chinatown is amazing with many bars and restaurants around and you can do many things by foot. The tasks are easy and joyful (thanks to the team 🤩) and the volunteer's bedroom is very comfortable, clean and new. A huge thanks to Masnita, the light of my experience. More than a leader she was a friend, a sister who made everything she could to give us the best experience in the guest house. I'll never forget you! ☀️😘

You get to work reception and the bar. good vibe with the ppl u work with. manager is super chill and flexible. the facilities does need some work. the place is more for long term residences, not backpackers. overall, a great experience!

Brian, the manager is nice! You will feel at home! I learned a lot of things here. A lot of beautiful friends I met, they taught me a lot! This is so precious. I love this place! All of staff here are amazing! Super friendly and helpful! Can not forget it!! Probably I will come back to see my friends again here, someday. Thank you for the precious experiences!!! Cheers!
