It was a lovely experience, the other volunteers and staff are all really nice and welcoming. The hostel is very chill, the work is easy and it's in a great location to see the city. It was a great opportunity to practice my English. I really enjoyed my 2 months here and would love to volunteer here again. I absolutely reccomend it to anyone who wants to explore the hostel.

It was an excellent experience, hours per week agreed, all the staff are great, good space to socialize and share with other volunteers who were also all excellent people and the location is excellent, it is in the center of the hostel so you are close to know the city. I will definitely come back again.

Great hostel in a good central location! This particular branch has good facilities available to volunteers including a flat with a living area and kitchen that you can use separate from the guests (which are all school students/children so it's nice to have somewhere quiet). It's definitely not a party hostel so if that's what you're looking for probably not the place but it's a great vibe and there's always a good group of volunteers to go out with or chill out in the flat. Staff are friendly which is always good. Overall a great place to stay, would recommend!

The stay at the hostel was definitely one of the best personal experiences I have ever had. The work to do has never been too hard, the staff is friendly, super helpful and very kind. It has been a pleasure working with them, I'm really gonna miss this place.

Volunteering at the hostel Paul was a great way to enjoy the hostel's city center and be close to museums, markets etc. The staff was very welcoming and I had a lot of fun during my shifts with them. I'd definitely want to come back and volunteer again sometime.

Overall it was a good experience at the hostel! Especially thanks to Mariana who always tried her best to accommodate everyone. Also the fellow volunteers were great and lovely people that I got to love and miss already! The only things not making this a great experience was the feeling of being looked down upon by some of the people working there. They love you when you do your job without questions, but if you don't they let you know they don't like it. Which for me is not the best, considering this is voluntary work. (NOT everyone! Just few leaving a sour note on this otherwise good place!)

Great experience in the hostel, i have such a great time. All tasks were easy to perform, schedules are respected and you have many days off. All the people working at the hostel are really nice and help you a lot! i highly recommend this place and why not looking foward to comeback next year.

This place was my home. The staff is the best, warm and very concerned about the volunteers. Cal is the best person I have met on this trip and Mariana is a sweetheart. Spend the best time here, work is fair and very pleasant and London is a place to have a great time. I would happily return to this place! 🥰🥰🥰😘😘😘

Este voluntariado fue emocionante, el equipo de trabajo de housekeeping es extremadamente amable y simpático, te ayudan siempre con las tareas y además son tareas fáciles de realizar, el equipo de cocina es espectacular Maggie encargada de la cocina es encantadora, el equipo de recepción es súper simpático y amable en todo momento y por último los managers son encantadores y siempre te ayudan en todo con tus turnos, tareas, etc. las habitaciones son cómodas y el hostal igual, muchas gracias Maríana y Cal por todo de esta experiencia , LO RECOMIENDO.
