The best experience I could have. I am so grateful to christian and biord for letting me stay with them for 3 weeks. The town is very quiet and is located next to the fjord, which gives it an incredible view that you never tire of seeing. The work is very simple and calm and if you don't understand something, they are willing to explain and teach you. I have nothing bad to say because I think it was better than I expected. Ideal if you want to disconnect for a while. I hope to return soon, thank you very much christian and biord for this incredible moment. I will never forget you all

Camila has been with us in March 2023. It has been a pleasure to have her here. She has done all the work we have put her to, to our greatest satisfaction, and she has been working hard. Living in Herand has been nothing short of a dream. Bjorg and Christian are THE BEST! They are so kind, patient, hospitable, and fun to get to know. I loved our dinners together and the conversations we would have afterward over coffee and dessert. The work was good. Christian trusted us with a lot of different tasks and responsibilities and it was empowering! LOVED cutting wood and working with my hands on the farm! I learned so much here and will be forever grateful for this experience. This truly felt like home from the first day I arrived, and I'm heartbroken to be leaving!

Having Delaney here for most of March 2023 has been a real pleasure. We found the tone as soon as she arrived and she has done the job we set her to do excellently. She has an incredible ability to make contact with new people, so there are more than us here in the village who miss her now that she has left. Thanks for all the help and good conversations.
