A experiência

We are Marsha (46/NL) and Yoko (21/DE) We live with 5 kids (6-18), 4 cats, dog Max and horse Uno in Ørsta. We also foster cats so we usually have a few extra.
Because of health issues (Marsha) we primarily need help with cleaning but occasionally there can be other tasks as well. We use an app where all tasks are listed.

Yoko (they/ them) works as a lifeguard and Marsha (she/ they) is at home because of chronic health issues. Because of marsha's health we need help around the house. We have had volunteers for about 3 years now and it has been an enriching experience. In exchange for helping us, volunteers get free housing and meals and become part of our family for a while. We also try to help out with transport or showing them around and so on. We are looking for someone that is not just here for a free holiday or to be by themselves all the time. Obviously there is always room to go do things by yourself or to just get some space in your room but we really do like to get to know the people that are staying with us. Since you are living with our family it's more then just a regular job.

Atividades & Turnos

- cleaning
General cleaning of livingspaces, kitchen, bathrooms and so on
We have an app with the basic tasks but ideally we would love someone to have some insight in what needs to be done, to be pro active and show initiative.
- helping with the pets
- spending time with the kids

Regras

We don't have that many rules. No smoking in or around our house and communication is key on anything else.
