I had the time of my life here at the hostel and would go back and do it again in a heartbeat. The hostel is so welcoming and the group of staff felt like family. It was so hard to leave! The shifts I found intense (I worked reception)- but only because of the duration of them, the actual work itself was easy. Although I did find myself tired some of the time, the atmosphere, the partying, and the people I was with made it all 100% worth it. If you are coming to work here, be prepared to drink a lot, meet the loveliest people, and have the most amazing month!!

I had the best month's stay at lets the hostel, the volunteers and the staff at the hostel were absolutely amazing and there was a great group dynamic. The work load was manageable and still provided free time to go out and explore. Yuliya was great and listened to any concerns and was always there to answer any questions. If you want to explore krakow and make lots of new friends I totally reccomend, it was so hard to say goodbye to this place!!

Volunteering at the hostel is an authentic enriching experience. The other volunteers and the kind staff made me feel at home since the very beginning. Yuliya is a lovely manager, always there for anything you need. The work isn't difficult, but with the intense the hostel be prepared to feel exhausted 24/7 (it's totally worth it tho). In short, volunteering here is a unique experience which makes you grow in all aspects as a person. In the end this place feels like home and the people here like your family, so be also prepared to cry when you have to leave. I just can say thanks for everything!!!

I had a great time at the hostel! If you love to the hostel hard and often this is the place for you, I enjoy a balance so I think you as a future volunteer should put that into consideration. The volunteers here were fantastic and it was a lovely group dynamic. I found the work quite intense compared to another volunteering experience I've had. Overall I had an amazing experience, and I loved my time here so, so much! Thank you!!!

During the period that I stayed in Lets the hostel I felt welcome and I had a lot of fun with the volunteers. All of them were very friendly and I wish to see them again one day. The tasks were easy and I had to work 3-4 times per week, in the morning shift. Yuliya is the best manager, but also she is a unique person that I could trust from the first moment. She is always available and open to help and discuss, she is very kind and responsible. I am really glad that she is part of the hostel (and I can't imagine the hostel without her).

I had a wonderful stay at the hostel. I've done reception + some cleaning and I received a full and constant training at each stage. Yuliya is the sweetest manager you could ever dream of, she's available when you need help and always brings everyone together. The atmosphère within the hostel and among the volunteers is great as well, it's a the hostel so very easy to socialise. the hostel is in the centre of Cracow, close to everywhere, and during your days off, you can easily explore cities or nature nearby. Definitely recommend it!

There are no words to describe how amazing the hostel is. As soon as you get there you become best friends with the other volunteer and are constantly hanging out having fun. When coming here you have to be prepared to drinkkkkk but it's all fun and games because you can hang out with the guest and staff all night just doing random things. 100% recommend and am already planning my trip back. I'll miss you guys!!!

I had an absolutely incredible time at the hostel! Everybody is super nice and the hostel is itself very social so it's easy to make lots of friends! The working hours were very comfortable and fair and Yuliya was always very patient with me, when I didn't understand something or made a mistake. This was my first volunteering experience and I am so glad that I spent it in Kraków! :)

Absolutely loved my time at Lets the hostel, it was an experience I'll never forget. Everyone was super welcoming; the manager (Yuliya) is so so so lovely, and the permanent pub crawl staff associated with the hostel are all awesome. The work is very fair, and the free alcohol around pub crawl hours is a big plus. I would've loved to stay longer (and already did extend my stay by several weeks I enjoyed it so much), and absolutely hope to return some day when I can. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to have an amazing volunteering experience!
