I really enjoyed the volunteer/staff team being bigger than in my previous hostel, it feels like being around family and there is always someone to talk to. The hostel itself has a gorgeous rooftop terrace and there are lots of areas to be social or work in peace. Its super central and faro is great to do day trips or take the free surf lesson provided by the hostel:)

I had a truly amazing time at the hostel! The work was easy and hours both flexible and respected. The accommodation was very nice and the volunteers and full time employees there were very nice and welcoming. Faro was a lovely location as well, especially since it was easy to visit other places since it is very well connected. I would definitely recommend this volunteering experience and even extended my stay here!

The hostel was the perfect place for my first Worldpackers experience. The working hours were always respected, and the tasks were fair and well-organized. The staff welcomed me warmly, and I always felt very comfortable there. I met many amazing people, some of whom became close friends. I can definitely recommend this hostel!

Working at the hostel has been a very fulfilling and amazing experience. The building is absolutely beautiful and the working hours are very manageable and fair. Work usually starts at 7pm (unless you're doing a night shift) so you have plenty of time to do things during the day. Jennifer is a great host and all the other workers + volunteers make this hostel a very welcoming and warm place. I'm very thankful I got the chance to go there for four weeks and I can definitely recommend it if you're looking for a hostel to volunteer at!

I spent a month volunteering here and had such a good experience! The team was really nice, the work was fair and fun, and I met travelers from all around the world. The hostel has a chill and cozy atmosphere. At first i slept in a guest dorm but then for the last days i got to sleep in the volunteer suite, which also has a private bathroom- which was nice. All in all i can definitly recommend the hostel to anyone who likes to explore the algarve and meet lots of international travellers :)

This was my first Worldpackers experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better one! The working hours were fair and well-organized, and I met many incredible people whom I can now call friends. The hostel is very clean and well maintained, with a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sun during the day and the breeze at night while meeting new people and travelers every day. Also, Faro is a great location for exploring the Algarve region. I definitely recommend this experience :)

I had the best time volunteering at the hostel! The staff was extremely warm and welcoming from the start. Expectations were set out clearly, the hours were respected and the working atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. I enjoyed spending time with other volunteers and guests at the beach, Faro is the perfect starting point for daytrips to other cities as well. I definetely recommend coming here:)

This was the best first world packers exchange I could have asked for. The hostel itself is so clean and charming. I made great connections with guests and especially my fellow volunteers. The work isn't very demanding and I feel it was a fair trade. Faro as a city is on the smaller more quaint side which I enjoyed but if you desire something more urban you get two days off every week which makes it perfect to travel. I had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend the hostel to any traveller considering.

Hey everybody! I worked at the hostel for a month. It has been a great experience. The work shifts are good and leave lots of free time. Night shift is the only tricky shift. I didn't do it but usually you get to do it and I heard it can be a bit tiresome. Apart from this the experience has been amazing. The hostel is really nice and it's filled with nice people. You get to meet new people everyday and that's really inspiring and motivating. The rooftop is really cosy and fun; there's a different theme for every night (karaoke, movie, beer pong…) . I firmly recommend this experience!🥰🌈
