I could not have asked for a better first Worldpackers experience than the hostel! I met so many people and made so many memories! Jennifer is an amazing host and always checked in with the volunteers. The shifts are exactly as described and I felt very at ease while working. Faro is such a beautiful town and a perfect home base to explore the Algarve region. Thank you to Jennifer, Keven, Orlando, Mirjam, Vera, and Ale for making Faro feel like home! :) And of course to the volunteer team - I will miss you all so much❤️❤️

My experience at the hostel was amazing !!! The atmosphere of the hostel is super relaxing and restful. The hostel is well located, which means you can do all the activities close to the city center and also visit other cities. The work is well explained and simple. The volunteers' room is very comfortable. Thanks to Jennifer and the other staff members for their hospitality and kindness. And thank you to the volunteers with who I was able to live this experience, you're all amazing. I miss you all !!!!

My month in the hostel was just perfect. The hostel is awesome and clean, just 5 min walking to go everywhere. Volunteers room is really comfortable (ac, single beds, private bathroom) and daily task are easy to do. There is a bike to go around Faro, perfect to go to the beach as well. I made such good friends and I'm so grateful to everyone I met there. Thanks Jannifer, Keven, Ale, Orlando, Mirjam, Vera and of corse thanks to our amazing volunteer team💙 I miss you guys

The hostel, or rather the best hostel in Faro, is a very cozy place. The host, Jennifer, is very attentive and welcoming person, the communication with her is always clear and efficient. Tasks and work schedules are carried out as agreed. I spent little time, but I had good times. Thank you to the whole the hostel team and the volunteers who were there with me!

I had such a positive experience at the hostel. The host and employees were so helpful and kind, and I could not have asked for a better volunteer group! The bathrooms were especially nice and the volunteers have a very good room. It was a super professional atmosphere but still kept really fun and good vibes.

My time at the hostel was amazing, it was my first time volunteering so I wasn't sure what to expect. However Jennifer and the staff were really helpful and always there to answer any questions. Everything was organised and the working rota was always sent in advance. I think the volunteering benefits could've been better communicated, as there were lots I didn't know about. I think the hostel is the perfect place to start your volunteering journey, especially since it has such a family and social atmosphere. I met so many wonderful people there and will truly treasure these memories for life.

A really great first Worldpackers experience!! The hostel is beautiful and well maintained and loved by Jennifer and all the staff, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Shifts were okay and hours well respected. I had fun getting to know Faro and meeting lots of travellers and locals, I also really loved the free tours / surf lesions that we got! Overall a very nice place to be and I could have spent months there! easy to get to other cities and beaches and I would love to return to Faro!! 😁

I had a such good time in the hostel. In the last month. Jennifer is super easygoing, always trying to be connected with the volunteers, she joins the pub crawl and we can notice in her face how happy she ia when the volunteers are having fun. Most of staff are nice. I will miss a lot Kevin, he is a sweetheart. I will never forget how he made me feel comfortable on my 1st week. Also, Vera is my love. I will miss our coffees and gossip. When she likes, she really cares. Sometimes in my day off I woke up early just to have a coffee with her. It was my 1st volunteer and I had so much fun

The hostel was a great first experience! Faro is a nice city, smaller than expected but the pub crawls allowed me to meet locals and have fun. I loved living in the volunteer dorm with everyone, and the volunteers in my month quickly became close friends!! The night shift was tiring towards the end of the month (shift 12-7 am) and the cleaning tasks along with the expectations from some of the staff were higher than expected but still manageable. In the end I had a very positive experience at the hostel. Thank you Jennifer for being so great and accommodating and allowing me this opportunity!!

My time at the hostel was amazing! I met so many nice people from all over the world, which made it a unique experience. The other volunteers were very welcoming to me and i made friends for life. Jennifer is a great manager and super nice to everyone. I will miss her, the hostel and the staff a lot! Can't wait to visit one day!!
