I truly enjoyed volunteering at MKMC. It's a great place to meet people from all over the world. We've spent our free time together and explored the region. Although, working in house holding was a lot and sometimes very tiring, the boss was super kind. She makes sure, that everybody feels alright and appropriated. I'll miss MKMC.

We had a really good experience in the Center, we will miss all the thing! Our manager Namgyal (Café) is the best! And all the managers that works in the center, we felt at home, thank you everybody!

The Center is a special place, with good energy and peace. It was also the volunteering that I was able to meet people from different parts of the world, and everyone is very friendly and good people. I highly recommend the experience!

My experience at the Center was amazing. The place is like a huge beautiful castle and the people living and volunteering there are the best. Even though I didn't volunteer in the cafe (because I was assigned to the household department) I had an amazing experience cleaning the place. Thourya is the best manager! I learned a lot about myself, modern Buddhist philosophy, wisdom and compassion, letting go and accepting the present as it is... and so much more that this space wouldn't be enough to describe. I met amazing people from all over the world and I felt part of a lovely warm big family.

Mi experiencia en el centro Art Studio fue buena, las tareas a realizar puede que sean algo monótonas pero no son difíciles, el ambiente ahí se sentía como una fábrica ya que teníamos que checar hora de entrada, salida y comida; si las supervisoras nos veían platicando nos interrumpían, nuestros turnos eran de 8hrs entre semana y cuando salíamos, por el cambio de horario, ya estaba oscuro para hacer algo. No recomendable para ti si lo que buscas es salir a conocer ya que el templo se encuentra a 40min caminando de la ciudad más cercana. Todas las personas fueron muy amables y conocí gente genial

Aprendí mucho sobre Budismo, sobre su historia, sus tradiciones, y también la importancia de la meditación diaria. Me enamoré por completo de su filosofía de Paz Mundial a través del trabajo individual entrenando la mentes positivas. El templo es un lugar mágico!!! Las habitaciones para los voluntarios son compartidas y eso me gustó mucho, pero es DEMASIADO estrecho. Gracias

Was an incredible experience, I learned about improving myself and growing to be a better person, the people and food were incredible, and I can improve my English skills too, the only thing that I didn't enjoy was the strict schedule in the art studio, and the job was really hard. but delete that was amazing!!

It's good experience for those who want to know, do and learn. You will get to know people, cultures and more. The place is really beautiful, even just for a walk in the wood. All the people here are so kind Thank you for this experience 🥰
