This was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't have asked for anything better!! Everybody, from the hosts to the volunteers, has been kind and extremely helpful. If you're looking for an immersive and peaceful experience this is the hostel you are looking for! I will surely come back one day!!

Loved my time at the hostel. The work was easy and straight forward. Scheduling is very flexible and they are always willing to work with you for days off. The team was welcoming and supportive! I would absolutely return next time I'm in Belgium!

A fun environment with lots of great people and staff!! It's only a 10-20 min walk into the main part of town but it's still a small cozy place. Easy to do day trips and they allow you the time off to do so!!! All the staff was so fun to talk to

I met such amazing people while volunteering here! they've truly become friends i'll see in the future. the laundry was extremely chill and i just played movies while folding. If you're done early you can go to the hostel or just chill. There's a lot of lively events at the hostel and plenty of people to interact with locals and travelers. i would definitely go back!

The hostel was an amazing volunteering experience. The whole team made me feel at home. I met many beautiful people who became my family. The truth is that this volunteering gives you more than what it says in Worldpackers, we had discounts in the place, they lent us bikes, every week they gave us money to buy community food, they were very flexible in terms of time and work. It really exceeded my expectations, I would definitely come back to this place. The part that I feel could be improved is the volunteers room, it's a space that could be better adapted to make them feel more comfortable.

El Hostal/el hostel es uno de los mejores de la ciudad y con justa razón, tienen algunos temas para diferentes días de la semana, asi que si te gusta la fiesta… es el lugar perfecto. Se respetan las horas de trabajo y son muy flexibles para acomodar el horario de forma que puedas ir a otras ciudades o países ya que está muy bien ubicado. Conecte con viajeros de muchas partes del mundo. Steve y el personal del staff son amigables y te ayudan en lo que necesites. Sin duda los recomiendo 100% 😎

Mi experiencia en the hostel ayudando con el desayuno fue muy buena, se respetaron las horas de trabajo y nos apoyábamos entre los voluntarios :) es un lugar ideal si eres una persona muy social y le gusta la fiesta. Hice bonitas amistades aquí, conocí gente local y muchos viajeros, ya que es un lugar muy popular en Brujas. Sí lo recomiendo 🫶🏻

This experience was long overdue for me, I hope everyone experiences the hostel at least once in their life! The hosts and all the staff made me feel welcomed immediately, the rest of the volunteers are now like a family to me. Definitely a home away from home! :)

Incredible experience through and through, the hostel itself is super cool plus everyone here is really nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
