This was my first Worldpackers experience and I couldn't imagine it being better! I would recommend it to anyone who loves nature and some quiet time. Working hours were super chill and usually no more than 3 hours per day, which left plenty of time to explore the surrounding areas and stunning nature. Mountains, lake, biking and hiking trails… it was such a dream. I loved that the tasks for each day were clearly stated every morning. The hosts are super respectful and friendly, always ready to help with whatever I needed. Thank you for this experience!

Staying with Anna was our first project and we can highly recommend it. Anna and Vladimir welcomed us very warmly and we immediately felt at home with them. The tasks were clearly explained and absolutely manageable. We were never asked to work beyond the agreed hours. We shared the room with three other Volunteers and the atmosphere was always pleasant. Anna always drove us to the nearest town and picked us up. One day, she showed us many special places in the area. We could always write a food list and the groceries were then purchased for us. We would come back anytime.

The hotel is located in a beautiful town surrounded by nature, with easy access to hiking trails and the lake. The host even provides bikes so you can explore the area at your own pace. The facilities are excellent. The host buys all the groceries we request every week, and from there we prepare our own meals, which worked perfectly for everyone. The work is simple and usually finished within a few hours, leaving the whole afternoon free to enjoy the surroundings. The owners are kind and welcoming, and the other volunteers were great as well! I highly recommend the hotel — and Slovenia! :)

I'm had a great time here! I was accepted last minute and was so glad I was! Anna immediately made me feel very welcome! The tasks are outlined each day and it was always under the agreed hours (is not busy season though!). Accomodation was great and the hosts were really accomodating with food requests. I'd highly recommend this volunteering experience.

I had such a nice, relaxing time at jager apartments! thanks vlad, lubi and especially anna for her kindness and making us feel comfortable and at home. the work is super easy, though each day will be different depending on how many guests there's been/volunteers. the hours are well respected and we even had some days where we finished earlier than the 4 hrs which was a nice bonus!! pantry was always stocked with stuff we had ordered which was every couple of days. outside of working hours, there are plenty of hiking trails, waterfalls and lake bohnj is only a 15 min cycle away !! :)

This was my first Worldpackers experience, and I couldn't have wished for a better one. The tasks were easy, and the working hours were just right. There was plenty of free time to explore the surroundings and get to know the other volunteers. The village and its surroundings are incredibly beautiful, and there was more than enough to do for a couple of weeks. I'm truly grateful for this experience and want to recommend it to absolutely everyone! Thank you, Anna and Vlad, for taking such good care of us volunteers and for making this amazing experience possible <3

I had such a lovely time at Jager! The surrounding area is so beautiful it honestly blew my mind and you have plenty of time after work to go on hikes nearby, and Anna and Vlad are great hosts :) The volunteer attic was super cosy and you always can ask for whatever groceries you need, so you're really well looked after and I really would recommend volunteering here!!

This was our first volunteering experience and it was truly amazing! The place was absolutely gorgeous and the village was so beautiful. Big thank you to the hosts, you took such good care of us volunteers and provided everything we needed and more. We truly recommend this place for all, it truly is a hidden gem. Thank you🩷
