Wonderful experience in the hostel! The atmosphere in the hostel is really great. Both the "bosses" and the worldpackers have been so lovely The people in charge (Bella, Murilo & Rafa) are always at your disposal to help you with everything you need. They're very close, familiar and up for dinners or whatever you propose Referring to the hostel, it's really beautiful, clean and with a perfect location, right in the center, close to everything you need I'm so grateful I live this experience in the hostel. I feel so lucky to have met these incredible people! See you soon!

You are a genuinely wonderful person, so intelligent and funny and we are so happy to have had you here. Thank you also for sharing in this weird lockdown time with us and making it super enjoyable to be at the hostel everyday!

My experience at the hostel was incredible in every moment. The people at the hostel were always well predisposed and the staff of people I met could not be better! The location of the hostel is spectacular, in the middle of the center! and the tasks are quite simple and we always help each other. I highly recommend it! Thanks for everything!

I had a really great time at the hostel! I've met so many amazing people who became friends. It is a wonderful opportunity to visit the Netherlands and meet people from all over the world. The hostel is located in the city centre, in a super cute square and everything is super near. The shifts are always respected and really often you work less than 4 hours per day. I've loved Sunday dinners at the hostel and i'm really grateful for the month spent there 🫶🏻

I had a really great time at the hostel! <3 The hostel is perfectly located in the city centre, Den Haag is an amazing city and close to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Leiden... The working hours are always respected and often you finish earlier and you have plenty of time to enjoy your day and exploring the Netherlands. This experience allows you also to meet a lot of beautiful people and have a lot of fun! The managers are really nice and the other volunteers become your second family.

(We missed the dealine for the review - sorryy!) Carolina has such a big heart that it could fit the whole Pink Flamingo in it. Since the beginning of her volunteering we noticed how much effort and care she put in everything she did, becoming friends with everyone was no issue to her and there was no task she wouldn't finish with perfection. It makes us proud for choosing her.

The hostel is an amazing place to meet people and is perfectly located for exploring the Netherlands. But, the work is quite arduous and takes up most of your day, everyday.

As a first experience with word packer i didn't realy know what to expect, the manager and volontiere realy help me on how to settle in and i've been very surprised lol. The vibe of the volontieres was very nice and polite. We can meet realy extraordinary people that will change your life, but for that we have to accept that not everyone will like you. The only major probleme is the work which is pretty physical and very very tiring and because we finish the work at 3pm (for the next volontiere it will be 4pm haha) we dont have anytime left during the day cause everything close at 5pm here.

La experiencia en el hostel Flamengo fue agradable, las instalaciones del hostal son como las de un hotel, grandes, limpias, nuevas, cómodas. Bella y Murillo son un amor de persona, están atentos a las necesidades de uno, son empáticos, y receptivos. Entiendo que llegamos en un momento complicado para el hostal, ya que estaban abriendo después de muchos meses de tenerlo cerrado, por lo que el trabajo fue un poco caótico y pesado, creo que seria menos duro, si hubiésemos sido mas voluntarios trabajando. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer La Haya, y toda Holanda en tren.

Los managers Murillo, Rafa y Bella son un amor y ponen todo de ellos para que los voluntarios esten lo mas comodos posibles. El Hostal es casi un Hotel Boutique por lo que es raro compartir con los guest ya que los espacios comunes están separados y todas las piezas tienen privacidad. El periodo de mi estadía estaban haciendo la apertura post lockdown y siento que tuvieron bastante tiempo para mejorar temas como las duchas (al renovar tuvieron que cerrar el hostel), escoger la pieza de los voluntarios (nos movieron 1 vez) y tener más voluntarios para que tengan un funcionamiento optimo.

The hostel is a really nice Hostel with a top location. The whole Team is super nice and they are very flexible about work, meaning if there is too much work, they will let you leave it for the next day instead of making you work another two hours. If you are looking for an engaging team, a clean Hostel and a chill time this is the place for you!

This was my first experience as a volunteer and was incredible! the hostel is a beautiful structure in the city center and the team since the first day made me feel like at home! Always there for answer your questions and meet your needs, but overall respectful, honest and always with a smile on their faces. I am so grateful for this amazing experience!
