I loved my experience at the project!! I loved being able to work outside and learn new skills. The work was not too difficult but also not boring at all. Juan, Zara and Andrei were great hosts and made all us volunteers feel so welcomed in their community. I also loved being able to work with other volunteers and share the experience with them. During the afternoons, we had free time to explore the surrounding waterfalls, river and nearby farms. A amazing place to unplug and connect with others. Would definitely recommend!

It was a really nice trip. At first the communication was quite difficult and there were a few misunderstandings but it's all a learning curve and towards the end of my stay I felt much more confident in my Spanish. It's a beautiful location, great food and really lovely hosts. A LOT of mosquitos! It was so rewarding learning about different aspects of permaculture so I highly recommend as long as you have at least an intermediate level of Spanish!

Recomiendo este intercambio si lo que estás buscando es conectar con la naturaleza, estar alejadx de las grandes urbes, ser consciente de la contaminación que generamos y aprender mas sobre la alimentación respetuosa y saludable. Zara y Juan siempre fueron amables y atentos a cualquier inquietud que pudiera tener. Se trabaja en la mañana en bioconstrucción y/o huerta haciendo mantenimiento en las plantaciones o semilleros . Se hacen algunas labores comunitarias en la mañana antes del desayuno; limpieza de cocina y la cena x turnos. La experiencia en el proyeto fue más que maravillosa 🤗

Super recomendable, una familia lindísima que se han preocupado por nosotras durante ls dos semanas de voluntariado. El lugar es precioso y sus gentes muy amables. Gracias Juan i Zara por dejarnos vivir esta experiencia y ánimos con el resto del proyecto!

Esta experiencia fue increíble. Zara y Juan son muy amables, sentía muy bienvenida y feliz en el proyeto. Me enseñaron la zona hermosísima, y conocí a mucha gente amable. Los trabajos son muy interesantes, y aprendí muchísimo sobre la bioconstrucción, la sustenibilidad, la cultura colombiana caribeña, la zona del proyeto Nevada, y además mejoré mi español. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y acogedor, con naturaleza bonita y muy buena gente. Recomiendo muchísimo esta experiencia.

Realmente fue una experiencia de aprendizaje y de adaptación. Valore el gran esfuerzo que hace la comunidad por la sostenibilidad y la economía circular. Juan y Sara son personas amables y con conocimientos muy interesantes. Si quieres un encuentro profundo con la naturaleza y un espacio para la introspección este es el lugar. Ya que en los tiempo libres no hay mucho por hacer. Se trabaja de 8:30 a 12:30 pero antes de ese horario hay que cumplir con algunas pequeñas tareas. Por mejorar: ajustar el perfil ya que hay alguna informacion que no se cumple.

El proyeto es un lugar alejado, donde te conectas con la naturaleza y el entorno, los anfitriones son amables, un espacio donde puedes aprender sobre permacultura, bioconstruccion y fermentos, es una comunidad muy linda donde te puedes integrar.

The location is perfect if you want to be close to nature. Working hours are in the morning, you have to add time to clean the dishes sometimes and also cooking dinner so if you are the only volunteer, you'll be of chore every night. In the afternoons you can go hiking in the jungle. That's fab! Sadly, I did not connect really well with the hosts : I was the only volunteer (their nephew was there too, working and cooking) and I felt it was more like they needed workforce than meeting and sharing with new people. Don't forget to bring long pants and long sleeves

Mi primer voluntariado y fue increíble la experiencia, aprendí mucho, fueron muy pacientes conmigo al explicarme y enseñarme las actividades. Me hicieron sentir muy cómoda, como en familia, y la vibra de todos fue muy linda. Definitivamente el lugar correcto para aprender y conectar con la naturaleza y las personas ¡volvería sin dudarlo!

My experience was great. The work instructions were always clear and the work was chilled. I got to learn about permaculture and planting. The food was amazing, and I also got the chance to get some recepies from Zara. It is also the perfect place to practice your spanish, but Juan was kind enough to translate me some things in English.
