Bresly is an amazing teacher! I loved learning about the plants and animals that inhabit the Oxapampa region. It was also really cool to learn about the many ways it is possible to make agricultural forestry sustainable and safe. Bresly's home is truly a magical oasis, and I feel truly lucky to have spent a week there. During the week, we harvested avocados, planted a vegetable garden, and took walks throughout the forest and surrounding areas to learn about the flora and fauna of the region. We also went birdwatching and helped take care of the pet bunny. It was a great experience overall!!

Este voluntariado ha sido una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en mi vida. ¡Estoy realmente agradecido con Bressly, quien me enseñó acerca de jardinería, el ecosistema y las plantas de la zona! Es admirable su espíritu, pasión y conservación por la naturaleza, y gracias a ello pude aprender acerca de la conciencia ambiental. Una de las mejores experiencias ha sido poder observar personalmente el hábitat de las aves y la interacción de los monos de la zona. Fue realmente hermoso. Estaré siempre agradecido con Bressly por ello. 100% recomiendo este voluntariado!

Hacer este voluntariado superó todas mis expectativas completamente 🌟 Gracias Bresly por ser una gran host, gracias por enseñarme tanto de la naturaleza, de tu proyecto, de tu localidad, de las aves, de las plantas, de la vida. Ha sido una experiencia que no olvidaré, el lugar es increíble, siempre hay una buena comunicación, la comida es realmente buena y del lugar, aprendes tantas cosas que más que un voluntariado es un intercambio que te ayuda crecer en muchos sentidos. Bresly is the most passionated host ever! You will learn about the different local plants, insects and birds. Furtermore we learned a lot about the local peruvian culture. Bresly is so welcoming and friendly and the work is really manageable, I higly recommend this place!!

Staying with Bresly has been an amazing experience that made me learn so much overall. I almost didn't know anything of plants, tree's or birds and because of her and the excursions I actually started to love it. Her love for it is kinda contagious 😅 also, she's a great cook so that's definitely a plus!!! The work that needed to be done was also really nice, we mostly did 'gardening' tasks and Bresly is suuuper flexible with the time so only positive things to say about my stay here!! :))

El tiempo que pase en el Proyecto fue corto pero muy enriquecedor, Bresly es una amiga con la cual se puede conversar literalmente de todo! tiene tiempo para escucharte, responder todas tus preguntas y contarte sobre sus experiencias (que encierran una enseñanza), la comida fue muy rica, siempre natural y te permite la opcion de ayudar y preparar la comida que desees. La casa es muy acogedora y despertar siempre es de otro mundo (Rodeado de la naturaleza en las montañas). Las excursiones a la montaña me enseñaron mucho no solo acerca de la naturaleza sino acerca de mi mismo y los demas! =)

Mi experiencia en Inmersion el alojamiento fue increíble, los trabajos fueron principalmente de jardinería. Me encantó el lugar, la calidez de Bresly, su amor por la naturaleza y por enseñar, aprendí un montón de la cultura Peruana, su flora y fauna, hicimos excursiones, una huerta y observamos muchas aves, definitivamente, hacer mi primer voluntariado ahí fue la mejor decisión.

I only have nice words to say about this experience! Bresly is so welcoming and her family's home is beautiful. Bresly goes out of her way to share her passion for the environment and it's contagious. I learned a lot about reforestation, local plants and animals, and the history of Oxapampa. I would strongly recommend this experience for anyone who wants to deeper their relationship with the environment, others, and themselves. The work was fun and flexible. Also if you are interested in birding this is the place for you! & be ready to share life stories and listen to others!

Bresly was an amazing host! She's very welcoming and friendly and it's clear she's genuinely interested in sharing her love for nature and the environment with other people. Oxapampa is also such a cool place with a vibrant community and I learned a lot about its history from Bresly. If you are curious about about ecology, agroforestry, environmental conservation and don't mind getting your hands a bit dirty at times then this is the spot for you! There's also plenty of opportunities to hike, explore the wildlife, and go on excursions as well in your free time! Would 10/10 recommend:-)
