Excelente experiencia. Faro es pequeño pero los voluntarios son todo ❤️

La experiencia fue muy buena. Trabajamos 4 hs por día, 5 veces a la semana con dos días libres. En general los turnos y los días libres van rotando por semana. El trabajo de limpieza es muy tranquilo. En mi caso, mi tarea era cocinar el almuerzo para los voluntarios y estuvo muy bueno porque podía decidir qué hacer y hacerlo a mi tiempo. No es un dato menor que faro es un pueblo DEMASIADO tranquilo, al menos ahora en primavera. No hay mucho para hacer (por no decir nada) y la playa es muy bonita pero queda a unos 40 min en bici/15 min en auto y 2 hs aprox caminando.

Disappointing. I ultimately left early as I didn't want to remain in a toxic environment where I felt less like a volunteer & more like my free labor was being exploited. There was no sense of community. 1st shift, Nuno was getting drunk at the hostel & left me alone with 100% capacity. This is not where I lived, nor worked. I don't recommend, & would suggest to Nuno to show more respect for the volunteers who are largely responsible for keeping his businesses afloat. Thankful I didn't let this experience discourage me from trying again. Please keep searching, I promise better is out there.

Mi experiencia en este lugar no fue confortable, lamentablemente el lugar no es lo que parece al momento de aplicar, aquí se trabaja en varios Hostel y apartamentos son de 4 a 5 horas pero es muchísimo trabajo. tienen súper normalizado el mal trato por parte del anfitrión Nuno .. es una persona irrespetuosa e agresiva en su forma de comunicarse. la mayoría de los voluntarios que lo califican aquí en la aplicación viven meses en este lugar. en modo de comentario para ti Nuno aprende a respetar y valorar a las personas tus negocios funcionan con los voluntarios.

Hermosa primera experiencia en WorldPackers, aun no nos hemos ido ya que alargamos la estadía. Lindo equipo para trabajar y cada vez que hubo un problema pudimos solucionarlo hablando. Nuno siempre estuvo dispuesto a escucharnos y ayudarnos.

This is my first experience with Worldpackers and I'm really enjoying it, I'm still here in Faro. I'm volunteering in my area which is decoration and artistic wall painting and that makes me very happy. Everyone is nice to me and helpful. I highly recommend it.

This is my first workaway experience and I sure have had a lot of fun! It was off season so the work load was pretty light. I had lots of free time hanging out or making some day trip to cities nearby. It's a great opportunity to meet other travelers and have a drink together by the beach;) Nuno is very flexible and always lays out the schedule of the day so everything was clear. Arni is such a wonderful cook and "DJ" and I will sure miss you and the yummy food!

My experience in Faro was amazing, the local people and the town are so much fun and I would highly recommend to stay there. The work schedule was easily manageable with 4 hours of work per day and 2 days off per week leaving plenty of time to explore all that Faro has to offer.

My experience was quite good. 4 hours per day and 2 days off. Easy job, basically Reception and Housekeeping, you can not complain. Good atmosphere, nice people, incredible food. Thanks you all for this experience in Faro.
