Mi experiencia en el hostel fue maravillosa. Cada una de las personas que trabajan y los voluntarios que conoci me hicieron sentir en casa. el hostel esta cerca de la playa y tambien ofrece muchisimos tours de todo tipo para que puedas sumergirte en la cultura y naturaleza de Río. Mi postulación en el hostel fue para pintar, primero haciendo mantenimiento y luego ya me dedique a los murales. Felipe y Dalton son personas muy amables y siempre dispuestas a charlar. A minha passagem pelo the hostel foi exatamente o que procurava. Foi a oportunidade perfeita para conhecer locais, comida tradicional, e mergulhar na cultura do Rio. Todo o staff foi receptivo, amigável e prestável em relação ao trabalho que por si só, é bastante tranquilo. Vou ter saudades de todos, e com certeza voltarei. Obrigado por tudo e the hostel!

Estuve un mes y medio en el hostel y fue una experiencia excelente. Pude conocer muy buenas personas y el ambiente es muy lindo, me hicieron sentir como en casa. El trabajo es tranquilo y se respetan los horarios perfectamente. Felipe estuvo siempre a disposición e incluso me permitió extender el voluntariado. Lo recomiendo y espero volver!

I had a great time volunteering at the hostel! The team was super friendly and welcoming and Felipe was always supportive and easy to communicate with. The hostel vibe is super lively with parties, free tours and so many opportunities to connect with people from all over the world. My tasks (photography, video making ...) were not only fun but also gave me the chance to be creative and learn new things. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone I had such a beautiful time, made unforgettable memories and even built some real friendships along the way.

Estou muito feliz e grata por ter tido minha primeira experiência como voluntária no the hostel, conheci pessoas maravilhosas lá, vivi momentos incríveis, sempre me senti em casa, é um lugar muito aconchegante, cheguei sozinha mas saí de lá com muitos amigos pelo mundo, adorei fazer parte da equipe do bar, aprendi muito e gostei de cada uma das atividades que fazíamos, os tempos de voluntariado sempre foram respeitados. É um lugar para o qual quero voltar mil vezes mais. Obrigado the hostel por me dar a experiência mais maravilhosa de toda a minha vida.

I didn't expect such a wonderful first experience as a volunteer. It was truly enriching. Felipe, Dalton, and the whole staff are very welcoming and friendly people. Working at the bar is not complicated and is always supervised by a team member. Thanks to this experience, I was lucky enough to make friendships that will last a lifetime. This experience at the hostel will stay with me forever. I met some of the most amazing people who became like a second family to me. The Hostel itself is fantastic! Every day offers new activities and opportunities to connect with fellow travelers and volunteers. Additionally, Felipe, Dalton, and the entire team are wonderful. They genuinely care and are always ready to help with anything you need. Their warmth and support made all the difference in making this experience so memorable. I'm very grateful for the opportunity to have had this experience and cannot wait to be back!

Within my first 15 minutes at the hostel, I'd already made friends with half of the staff despite being complete strangers. I think that's the essence of this experience: you just need eye contact with someone and the next day you will be visiting the city with them. Great vibes, feel of warm, incredible staff: this was my first WP experience and I will always care for my fellow friends and volunteers that I met during these weeks. Felipe was a great host and he was always avaible in case of help. And Lulu… she will be in my heart forever! Rio will always have a special place in my soul.
