When we arrived we had no bedding on ourthe inn and the room was freezing cold we had a doublethe inn with only a single duvet the guest were also complaining about how cold it was and when asking for extra blankets they would say that there just wasn't enough. It wasn't very clean lots of moulding on the ceilings and the windows weren't great so the wind would just blow them open down in thethe inn area the ceiling was crumbling over the tea and coffee. On one occasion just afterthe inn while clearing up the host was arguing with her partner and starting slamming her first down which was unc

Very dissappointed in Stevie's comment, as we try our best to always welcome everybody. Place is simple, but as everybody can see, we have great comments overall. Stevie's partner was not really a help at all, she was slightly better. I think they were expecting more of a holiday, as they never interacted with anybody, they only wanted to drink and party, which only shows, that they had not researched the place that they were going to. Un lugar mágico rodeado de naturaleza, perfecto para conectar con personas de todo el mundo. La caminata hasta las cascadas es larga pero vale la pena, los desayunos son deliciosos y, en los días de descanso del hostal, se ofrecen hasta que se acaben los productos. Klaudia y Carlos son muy amables, el trabajo es sencillo y siempre hay tiempo para explorar o hacer actividades personales. Compartir la cocina con otros voluntarios fue una experiencia hermosa. Estuve en invierno,recomiendo ir bien preparado.Me llevo en el corazón este lugar y a personas maravillosas. ¡Gracias por todo!

The innis a really special place to visit and explore. To do so you should be a part of the innFamily first. Once you do that you will always have nice companions and great recommendations for any hike or day trip. The nature is absolutely stunning! But please don't expect too much from your accommodation and thethe inn. It is very basic. I enjoyed every day there and recommend this experience to every nature person. Thank you for having me!

My experience at the innwas really nice. The place is located in a magical area surrounded by forests, mountains and waterfalls. Klaudia and Carlos are such nice hosts. They are kind and attentive and always present to guide, share some moments and work along side us. I had the chance to connect with myself in nature and also meet some nice people from all over the world. I recommend this place!

I had the most wonderful time here inthe inn. The location is beautiful and allows time to disconnect, enjoy nature, and also have fun. Everyone here is very kind, hard working, fun, loving, and always sharing anything that they have to offer. The agreed upon arrival work hours were never succeeded and sometimes even cut short, which was great. I am so grateful that this was my first WP experience, and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

My experience at the innwas amazing! The location is absolutely beautiful, and there are many options for hiking in the mountains. Everyone that I met was very warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home during my stay. Klaudia and Carlos did everything that they could to help create lasting memories for all of us, and I am grateful for their hospitality. The work was very simple, which allowed me to have plenty of free time to explore the area. I would be happy to return to this location and stay even longer!

Es increíble la PAZ y tranquilidad que encuentras enla pousada, la calidad humana de todo el equipo te hace sentir como en casa, los desayunos son deliciosos y las tareas sencillas. El hostel se encuentra en una villa pequeña donde los planes serán el hiking o la visita a los pozos y cascadas ¡UN PARAÍSO! Me voy feliz y agradecida de todos los momentos que viví y los amigos que hice, quede con muchas ganas de aprender portugués. Mi experiencia en la pousadaha sido maravillosa. Klaudia y su familia me acogieron con los brazos abiertos y les estoy muy agradecida. Los trabajadores y voluntarios son como una familia y te ayudan y comparten contigo su manera de ver la vida. Respeto ala pousada, es un pueblo mágico que te invita a desconectar y a adentrarte en la naturaleza ❤️
