Roberto & Sofia were super welcoming - staying at their apartment felt like a home away from home and they also made a real effort to include me and the other volunteers in local experiences and events. The projects the youth centre runs are interesting and I learned a lot from a cultural and social perspective and also got many opportunities to practice my Italian. They are also flexible with the working hours and also activities and gave me the chance to get involved in the projects that aligned with my interests. Best volunteering experience so far!

I had a great time there. I'm grateful to have met Sofia and Roberto who are very kind and interesting people and would love to come back in a more busy season to work with and learn from them.

Roberto and Sofia make an amazing team together. Even if is not your first time in the area, they will certainly make you enjoy the experience as it were your first one. Keep it up guys, thanks to you I am keeping a special place for San Giorgio on me.

This was such an amazing experience. I spent 2 months here, I just wish I had more time! Roberto and Sofia are so kind and welcoming. Naples is fantastic, and the volunteering hours were very flexible. My Italian improved and I gained a much better understanding for the south of Italy. While I was there, the centre was closed to the public for renovations (it's now open), so I wasn't able to work with non-staff like I had hoped, but now the centre looks amazing! All the staff were so friendly and helpful! Keep in mind, time works differently in the South, so relax and enjoy it!
