The hostel has been great. The work is around 2 hours depending on how quick you are. You vote every week for your off-days; Sunday is an exception as that's the busiest day of the week. But exceptions can be made. the hostel's at a central location and only minutes walk away from the subway and bus station. So getting around the hostel is super convenient. This is my first volunteer experience and I couldn't ask for a better one!

My experience at the hostel was my first with Worldpackers and I learned a lot. Rai is a very kind and flexible person with his volunteering. We had main tasks like making the beds, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning surfaces and cleaning the bathrooms. But everything was done in rotation and we never spent more than 3 days doing the same activity. My suggestion is regarding the organization of activities, although our working hours are from 1pm to 3pm, there were days when we spent more than 40 minutes waiting for instructions to be sent. Maybe putting together something weekly would help

Que decir, es una de las experiencia mas enriquecedoras que he tenido. Las tareas son sencillas, tienes tiempo libre para disfrutar de the hostel, conectar con los voluntarios y huéspedes. De ahí me llevo grandes recuerdos y amigos. Gracias Rei por estar pendiente y por la paciencia con mi inglés! Súper recomendable, sois maravillosos!💙

It couldn't be better! Our boss and manager are so nice and kind. Also other volunteers,they are so friendly,warm. Feels like the guesthouse is my home. At first I was thinking maybe a 3-month-stay may be too long,but now I think it's too short! We don't have to work a lot but we can enjoy the environment and experience the life in Korea. We can also meet so many different people here. So happy that I came here!

I had a very nice time there. Everyone's really open and it's easy to have a lot of fun with both staff and guests. Depending on what's free, you might even get to choose to have a private staff room or be in the common one. Also Seomyeon is right beside, so it's easy to find food, bars, and party places. I stayed a short time, but there were some long timers there, and it was nice to get recommendations from them

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel, the location is pretty good, and the work was not difficult and lets free times, I wasn't exhausted after my shift and can visit the hostel. Goood atmosphere :)

Highly recommended! Kimchi Guesthouse is the place I would repeat a thousand times to come back to volunteer. Rei, along with the other volunteers make the hostel your home, an environment of respect and fun. An easy job with plenty of time for fun. I wish everyone could enjoy this wonderful place. Everything is simply wonderful here. I was supposed to stay for a month only but decided to extend later on. The host and other volunteers are amazing ♡⸜(˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝ felt so welcomed from the moment I set foot in the guesthouse. Not only did I find a home away from home but I also made a pretty awesome friends. So yeah come here and be happy!
