I had an amazing time at the hostel!!! The shifts are a lot of fun and very flexible. Tomas is a great manager who creates a chill atmosphere from the very first day. Porto is the most beautiful city ever and there is never a boring day! the hostel is in amazing location and has everything you would need! I would recommend this experience to everyone!!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

I had the best time in the Passanger hostel! Porto is really beautiful and the hostel is amazing. This was an incredible experience I made friends for life and met a lot of amazing people. All the staff is really nice and friendly. Since day one you feel welcomed and at home. I really want to thank Tomas for everything and for letting me have this experience.

I had the most amazing time volunteering at the hostel! the hostel has such a nice family vibe and the shifts that the volunteers have to do are super fun!! Will be back as soon as I can.

Wow, this was truly one of the best volunteering experiences ever! I met the best people, that really felt like family to me. Thank you tomas for everything, best manager i could have ever asked for. What we did for “work” you could barely call it work, it was just having fun with guests and connecting with people. I wish i could stay longer but will definitely be back! 🫶

Thank you! I had a great time here, everyone was just so nice and welcoming, the place is extremely well located, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is certainly special. The activities are easy and nice to do, I truly enjoyed them, the beds are very comfy and everything is cleaned everyday. I find this one the best hostel of all Porto, they truly are into giving a local and as socially possible experience to everyone that comes (guest, volunteers or staff).

I had such a wonderful time at the hostel. The staff & volunteers are such lovely people and everybody made me feel so welcome !! The work is perfectly manageable and easy to learn :) The environment is family-like and everybody looks after one another. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity for working here I'm always gonna remember the time with a big smile 🫶🏼 I'm gonna miss it a lot !

Working at the hostel has been an amazing experience! The staff and other volunteers welcomed me into the family they have created immediately. The work was fair and often fun (helping with breakfast, bartending, and leading social outings). The team is very supportive and are always around if you need help. I also had plenty of time and opportunities to explore and enjoy Porto! I highly recommend volunteering at the hostel to anyone who's interested!

This was my first time volunteering, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I loved the people I worked with, and I am sure I've created many lifelong friendships there. The work was a perfect combination of going out to bars and wineries with staying in to watch a movie and play games. Everyone could find something for themselves. I truly felt like I became a part of a family from the first moment I stepped through the doors. I am forever grateful for this experience, and if I could, I would do it all over again. Hope to come back one day!!

Words truly cannot describe how remarkable my time was at the hostel. Tomás is a super fair manager and the work he has for us is genuinely enjoyable. the hostel is beyond beautiful and clean. Porto is a gorgeous small city that is super walkable/manageable and I loved being there in Jan/Feb. And on top of all this, the best part of my experience was living with the other volunteers. They have created SUCH a family at the hostel and welcomed me 100% on day 1 and every day after. Being a part of this family brought me a ridiculous amount of joy and I genuinely could not recommend it more.

Volunteering in this hostel was amazing and I can definetely recommend it to everyone. the hostel is beautiful, super clean and the location is perfect. I feel so lucky that I could live there for more than a month and I wish that I could have stayed longer! i had the best time with the other volunteers and also the staff is amazing. The communication between manager, staff and volunteers was good and i liked the work. Looking forward to come back soon!!
