Esta viagem foi uma experiência que me expandiu a mente e me fez perceber a imensidão do mundo e quantas diferentes formas de vivê-lo existem. Ir com o coração aberto para conhecer o novo e se entregar ao lugar e as pessoas foi essencial, e conseguir estar presente e se conectar totalmente as pessoas e a vida no surf camp foi a melhor parte. O único ponto negativo foi Danny, um dos anfitriões. Acreditamos que a falta de amor próprio resulta em uma raiva pelo divertimento alheio, fazendo com que ele tratasse muito mal grande parte dos voluntariados, com uma energia negativa.

I absolutely loved it at the surf camp!! It was my first solo travel experience and it was truly amazing. Everyone is very open to get to know new people and everyone is just super nice. If you want to connect with other travelers from all over the world and build new friendships, the surf camp is exactly the right place for you. I would definitely come back 😊😊

This experience was one in a lifetime, if you have the opportunity to go please don't hesitate to! I made lifelong friends here and was very sad to leave. The camp has lots of fun excursions and activities and there are many opportunities to drink or party. Grace and Danny were so sweet during my stay, my only feedback is that the food portions for breakfast and dinner did get smaller as more people joined over the weeks. Make sure to bring strong bug spray and allergy meds for the dust, I got very sick during my first week.

Nuestra experiencia en el surf camp fue muy positiva. Las tareas eran simples y tenias todo el día para aprovechar y conocer Tamarindo. El camp es muy lindo, la gente que te recibe también. Estuvimos en un cuarto de 12 personas, las camas eran cómodas, nomás había muchas hormigas dentro del cuarto y como estan construyendo nuevas habitaciones al lado el ruido de los trabajadores antes de las 7 de la mañana era muy molesto. Disfrutamos mucho de las clases de yoga y el shuttle que va a la playa nos fue muy útil. Recomendamos pasar por el surf camp :)

Un lugar increíble, estuve 3 semanas y fueron inolvidables, hice amigos y conocí gente maravillosa de todo el mundo. El lugar tiene una vibra genial y Grace siempre esta ayudando a los voluntarios.

Me gustó conocer personas nuevas lo cual es espacio lo permite, me gustaron algunas de sus actividades pero, el baño quedaba lejísimos de las habitaciones las cuales eran sucias y compartías con mucha gente, algunas chicas encontraron víboras y ratas dentro de la habitación y a un amigo le picó un alacrán. La comida a veces no alcanzaba de la cantidad de voluntarios que éramos, los baños a veces estaban sucios, lo bueno es que siempre había papel. La camida era súper el surf camp. Las instalaciones como la pileta me encantó.

You will be in a big family for 3 weeks!! It's amazing to get to know many people & you will never be alone:) The camp is very coz, you have a lot of space to just hang out & relax but the camp always organises trips, things to do, parties, games, movie nights so it's really never boring at camp!! The tasks are really managable in your daily schedule and they are mostly not crossing any of the activities planned!

My time volunteering here was great — I made some amazing friends, and I've even kept travelling with a few of them ☺️ The work was really easy and quick, and I loved that I could switch or choose my jobs each week. The food was super tasty, healthy, and the portions were big! Tommi the chef is so kind and welcoming. There's always something going on if you want to join in, but there's also plenty of space to do your own thing. Overall, such a lovely experience!
