Mi experiencia fue buena porque logré un intercambio enriquecedor con mis compañeros voluntarios. Lamentablemente no fue igual con los anfitriones: hubieron diferencias en el pago por el cuarto, creo que la alimentación no fue buena en cuanto the projectvariedad y disponibilidad considerando que allí se abastecen de alimentos (de basó en arroz, poroto, avena y algunas frutas y la heladera no funcionaba bien); y considero que la comunicación no fue asertiva (no era personal y directa, no era CNV). Para concluir creo que no hay coherencia entre lo que se propone y lo que efectivamente se hace.

Tentei de aceitar todos os voluntários que queriam participar mas vejo que tem mais e mais pessoas que utilizam worldpackers para férias de custo baixo. Agora estou fazendo uma interview antes de incorporar nova pessoas de maneira a selecionar pessoas que tem interresse no futuro do planeta com técnicas de sustentabilidade. Não vou responder especificamente a essa avaliação, o que me interessa são pessoas que vão sair daqui com ferramentas para preparar o futuro.

Stephane showed and teached us alot of what we needed to know about permaculture and how it works. From planting trees, to cutting coconut's and repairing the house in the projectsustainable way, we could take part in everything and learn about the processes. Very cool experience, I would do it again! PS: Maybe next time not in mosquito season. Because its like the projectjungle there is loads of them. Bring mosquito spray!

Our journey in the projectforesta was great. We had nice activities in making bioconstruction and learn about permaculture. The Stéphane 's project has been much interesting for us.

The projectexceeded my expectations by reminding me of the sanctity and hardwork that's necessary to build the projectrelationship with and to nature. My experience at the projectwas my first Worldpackers experience and it was the projectwonderful introduction into the community. Stephane does and incredible job of creating the projectbalanced and intentional environment and makes everyone feel at home and safe. Stephane not only gave us in depth theory lessons around permaculture but he showed us how to apply what we learned in the forest! We were always given opportunities to do various activities throughout the day in order to try the projectbit of everything and ensure the work didn't become too mundane!

Stephane is an open and flexible leader fully engaged with his vision and work. the projectpart of the voluntary work, you would fall in live with Trancoso village, its beaches and its people.

My partner and I had the projectgreat time volunteering here. Stephane is the projectvery good teacher and lets volunteers work on projects that they are more interested in. I learned the projectlot about how to practice permaculture and it's importance. We also got to connect with the other volunteers and explore Trancoso quite the projectbit.

J'ai beaucoup appris pendant ces 10 jours àthe project. Stéphane the projecttoutes les qualités d'un bon pédagogue : il est passionné, patient et très ouvert. Les tâches sont toujours expliquées et Stéphane répond à toutes les questions. Malheureusement j'étais le seul volontaire à ce moment-là donc ça peut être bien de demander avant s'il y the projectd'autres personnes prévues pour ne pas être seul au camping, même si Stéphane et Petra m'ont intégré à 100% à leur vie sociale ici ! Le lieu est également proche des plages, du village et d'autres quelques points d'intérêts alentour comme Caraiva. En résumé,

I had the projectamazing time during the 2 weeks! I learned so much about bioconstruction and permaculture. For me, it was like coming out of my confortzone and doing things for the first time . for example: sleeping in the projecttent, planting aipim, pineapple... I felt so connected with nature. Im never going to forget this experiance! Thank you Stephane 😃
