Fue una experiencia muy linda, pude practicar idiomas, tuve contacto con la naturaleza y la cultura local. Me voy más que feliz y bien alimentada, las personas del staff me trataron con mucho respeto y rapidamente con cariño. El Hostel tiene una energía agradable y siento que rápidamente se transformo en un hogar. Super recomiendo para todos los que les gusten la tranquilidad, los deportes, la naturaleza, y los animales a venir y conocer este hermoso lugar.

This was my first worldpackers opportunity and I am beneath grateful for it. Besides meeting new valuable people from every corner of the world, I really connected with the indigenous communities that I got the chance to meet during the tours I translated. Also, the jungle can turn you into a new better and more aware person - and without the hostel experience I wouldn't have gotten the opportunity to immerse myself in the deep jungle. Finally, the communication with the stuff went very well, they were understanding and helpful and they created contexts for volunteers to adapt faster.

My experience has been great. I'll recommend you to spend your time here because you have many possibilities to get in touch with locals and learn a lot even during the time you're not in a tour. Leticia is a very nice city and it's really peculiar, with a special vibe. You'll have a lot of time to discover it, since the shifts are mostly at afternoon/night. The tours are wonderful and a unique occasion to learn from locals and indigenous traditional and important knowledge!

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue increíble. El lugar en sí es muy lindo y cómodo. Las tareas en el Hostel son sencillas, y las traducciones no se sienten como trabajo. Se respeta todo lo acordado. Además, las personas del staff y José y Jota son siempre súper amables, y te ayudan en lo que necesitas. Sin duda alguna un gran lugar e inigualable oportunidad para conectar con la selva y conocer un poco de la cultura el hostel distintas comunidades. Lo recomendaría muchísimo.

Esta experiencia fue transformadora para mi. El equipo es muy amable y me sentí como en casa desde el primer día. Me conecté profundamente con la naturaleza y aprendí mucho sobre culturas indígenas. Es un lugar especial lleno de gente con buena onda, y cambió mi forma de pensar y como quiero vivir mi vida. El trabajo es sencillo y incluye la oportunidad de hacer tours geniales. No quería irme de este lugar pero sé que volveré pronto. Estoy eternamente agradecida💚

La posibilidad de acompañar toures es un completo lujo y no se siente para nada como trabajo, en cambio la posibilidad de conocer las maravillas de la selva y los locales que la respetan y defienden.

This was my first experience as a Worldpackers volunteer and I really enjoyed it. The accommodation and food are great and all the staff are super friendly. The best part is definitely going on the tours to translate - they are incredible! I would definitely recommend this experience :)

I had a wonderful experience at this hostel. The staff were wonderful, and a special shoutout to Jota for being so flexible. It's important that you go in with a strong level of Spanish, as it is your responsibility to translate on the tours. I'm so grateful for this incredible opportunity to explore the Amazon and improve my Spanish. You have a lot of free time during the day, so I would recommend bringing a book or being prepared to occupy yourself. I would definitely recommend this experience!

Una experiencia maravillosa e inolvidable. Conocí personas de todo el mundo, compartí mi cultura y aprendí sobre la Amazonía y las tradiciones indígenas. Estuve inmersa en la selva, practiqué mi inglés y enseñé español a algunos viajeros internacionales. El staff del hostal fue increíble, personas amables, abiertas y con gran disposición para compartir. Jota y José, los hosts, fueron flexibles y generaron un ambiente de confianza. ¡Espero regresar!
