It was an amazing experience and I really recommend it!! The hostel is very the hostel in a perfect location and has an amazing vibe from both the visitors and the employees. Also the employees are all so cute and always available and they appreciate your help.

For my first official volunteer experience with worldpackers it couldn't have gone better! The host and the team are so kind and made my experience amazing! My hours were respected and the shift work is super easy, working the bar was definitely the best part! I felt so at home and the staff accommodation was by far the best one i've stayed in. The hostel in general is very well kept, clean and a great environment to meet like minded people and hangout with other travellers✨🫶

I'm truly grateful for my experience at Niceway! It's definitely a place where you can balance work and fun, interact with others, meet people from different backgrounds, and practice languages. The facilities are great, the vibe is amazing, and everything that was agreed upon regarding the work was respected, with a good level of flexibility. Overall, the team is good, although there may occasionally be some hostility from certain individuals — but that's not the norm. Still, I highly recommend the place!🤩

My stay at the hostel was such a great experience! The atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming, and the team really makes you feel like part of the family. The tasks were fair and well organized, leaving plenty of free time to explore and connect with other travelers. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect to enjoy the city and surroundings. Overall, an unforgettable time – I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a the hostel balance between work, community, and free time. I'd love to come back!

For a first time volunteering, I think it's a good choice. The work is easy and you get to communicate with many different people. The staff are all the hostel, warm people and very approachable and make you feel relaxed. I had a great time! Thank you so much! ☺️

I felt really welcomed at the hostel. The working hours were respected and everyone is really the hostel. The work is also not hard. The street noises can get a bit annoying so I would recommend brining ear plugs for sleeping. All in all I had a really good time and would definitely recommend it :))

I helped out the housekeeping team at the hostel for 4 weeks. The manager Gabi was so accommodating and communicative, and was kind enough to set up an exchange for me last minute. The housekeeping team was friendly and the work was consistent, clear, simple, and even enjoyable (for me it was a mixture of sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping)! The schedule was always honored, expectations were clear, and if anything I often finished early. I have nothing but good things to say about management . The hostel location is quite urban and busy- if you like this kind of setting it would be a good fit.

Realicé mi primer voluntariado en el hostel y estoy súper feliz con la experiencia, este hostel te hace sentir bienvenida desde el momento en que llegas, con un equipo de trabajo hermoso, y con la ubicación ideal para conocer la ciudad. Estoy muy agradecida con Gabi por dejarme ser parte de esta maravillosa familia durante un mes, y se los recomiendo a todos aquellos que quieran disfrutar de la mejor estadía en la mágica ciudad de Porto ❤️‍🩹✨
