It was my first experience with worldpackers and it was really great! Ana and Victoria are really nice people with good heart ❤️ I felt like home in the hostel, the shift are really easy and you have lots of free time to discover Cordova. I will come back for sure to Cordova to meet them again 😊

Al-the guest house was a lovely work away experience. The hosts were friendly and fun, and flexible with us when we unexpectedly had to leave early. We garnered a great sense of community over the month we stayed with guests, other volunteers and the hosts. The hostel itself is a beautiful example of architecture in cordoba with an amazing view of the city from the rooftop. The hosts had great recommendations on places to eat and shop and the work hours were early enough that when you finished you still had a full day to explore. My only recommendation, bring clothes you can paint in!

Anna and Victoria were the most kind and amazing hosts. The work was two hours and very easy and we would tend to finish early most days. The two possible shifts are 8-10 and 11-1. The “night shift” only involves locking the doors and making sure all the lights are off. Cordoba is a beautiful place and is well connected with other cities. I only had beginner Spanish during my stay, which wasn't a big problem, but I wish I knew more so I could talk more with locals and the hosts. Thank you very much for our experience!!

Anna and Victoria have been the most wonderful hosts we have had on our trip around Spain. My time in the guest house will be an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend any traveller whether volunteering or just coming to Cordoba to stay at the guest house. The Host are very kind, good humour and will go above and beyond to assist you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The Volunteers are treated exceptionally well and the work hours are very flexible allowing you to travel and enjoy all that Cordoba has to offer. Anna and Victoria thank you so much!!!! I hope to come back soon x

As this was my first volunteering experience I was a little apprehensive before beginning but a few days later I felt like never leaving the place again. For this I have to thank Ana & Victoria who are some of the most spectacular people I've ever worked with. They are fair, honest and loving women, and much more that couldn't be expressed justly in a few words. Thanks to them I spent one of the most beautiful months of my life. As for the workload, it is very meager and you will have plenty of time to explore Cordoba with its very rich history and make lasting friendships.

Buenisimo! ana y victoria son tremendas personas y muy amables, el hostel tiene muy buenas instalaciones, es muy limpio, el ambiente es grato y el desayuno esta muy bueno (se agradece), son respetuosas con los horarios y todo muy flexible, las labores son muy simples y por sobre todo la ubicacion es perfecta, cordoba es hermoso y al-the guest house se encuentra en el centro a pasos de la mezquita.

Mi primera experiencia como voluntario en un hostel fue maravillosa en the guest house! Ana y Victoria tienen un hostel muy bonito y acogedor, cerca a la Mezquita Catedral de Córdoba y muchas otras atracciones turísticas de la ciudad. Las tareas y los horarios te permiten disfrutar de tu estancia en Córdoba de forma plena. Gracias Ana y Victoria, espero Dios mediante pueda volver algún día 😊

Hola a todos ¡ les cuento que desde el minuto 1 al llegar a Alkatre me sentí como en casa, asi es que te hacen sentir ellos; Ana, Victoria y David. Personas fantasticas, dedicadas a que el huésped realmente tenga una experiencia unica, y todo eso para con los voluntarios tambien. Los dias comienzan a transcurrir alli , y ya dejas de ser voluntario o anfitriones, para formar parte de una familia , una familia hermosa . Lejos de mi hogar, allí encontré uno, donde pasar buenos ratos, compartir experiencias, comidas, conversaciones de las mas diversas y enriquecedoras, asi defino mi experiencia .
