Lugar muito acolhedor com ótimas pessoas, não deixa nada a desejar, lugar bastante aconchegante e muito bem localizado. Foi uma experiência extremamente prazerosa trabalhar com a equipe do hostel, totalmente incrível. A equipe é colaborativa, animada e todos cumprem os horários de trabalho, respeitando os dias de folga. Quase todos os dias alguém convida para sair, e juntos fizemos jantares, piqueniques, fomos a shows e baladas, tornando a convivência ainda mais agradável. O ambiente do hostel é excelente, com cozinha completa, banheiros limpos, áreas sociais acolhedoras e uma sala de TV. Foi uma experiência muito positiva, tanto que decidi prolongar minha estadia. Recomendo fortemente!

Minha experiência não poderia ter sido melhor sem dúvidas. Eu amei cada dia, cada momento, cada aprendizado. O clima do hostel e das pessoas é muito legal, são super receptivos e adoráveis. Sem contar que pude praticar muito o inglês. <3

I had a very nice stay at the hostel, it's a perfect place for a first volunteer's experience. The common areas are cozy and the staff room is very quiet so we don't have to worry about getting some rest. The work time and the days off are respected ; also the hostel is located in the center so very easy to visit the city. I met so many lovely people here that made me feel like home, so I thank everyone for the good moments that will stay forever in my heart. Big up to Sergio, Merche and Sarah, managers that make u feel welcomed and supported. Thank you for everything guys

First and most importantly, my joy and respect for the coordinators who make this experience so bright: Merche, Sarah, and Sergio. You guys elevate, respect, and teach! The work is honest, straightforward, and pleasurable. Edinburgh is an enchanted place, and this big building in Cockburn Street where the hostel stands is the best place to be. Scotland is in my heart forever. Cheers, ;)

Amazing experience! I stayed for 1 year and 3 months, and I'm incredibly grateful. From day one, the managers and the whole team made me feel like part of a family. I arrived without speaking English and I'm leaving with a great level of English, amazing friendships, and unforgettable memories. The tasks were easy and well organised, working hours were always respected, and the location was unbeatable — literally in the city centre on Cockburn Street. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone looking to grow, improve their English, and feel truly supported in Edinburgh.

I had a really great time. The staff and other volunteers are fantastic and made my experience wonderful. The working conditions matched the description perfectly, and the managers were very kind, clear in their explanations, and respectful of our pace. The hostel is very welcoming and cozy, and it's located right in the center, making everything within walking distance.

The hostel has a great location, right in the city centre, and it's easy to do everything on foot. The common areas are comfortable, and the staff and volunteers really made my experience better. The team is attentive and supportive, but they do expect the work to be done properly, which can feel demanding at first, though you improve with time. The only thing that could be improved is the staff room. Overall, I'm very grateful for the experience and I'll never forget this family! 💙

I spent one month volunteering at the hostel! The hostel is in the perfect central location, as well as being a great base to reach surrounding towns and cities on days off, which Sergio was really flexible with requesting specific days off in advance. The work could be a little tiring depending on the number of guests, but working together alongside other volunteers always made it enjoyable :) Despite staying in a dormitory of 17, the hostel quickly became a home away from home and there were always people to chat to and plan evening activities! Thank you for having me! :)

I had an amazing experience at the hostel !! The staff is really nice and welcoming, I met so many wonderful people. The dorm is a bit messy so it can be a scary at first but everyone is very respectful and I got used to it very quickly.
