Volunteering at the hostel was an amazing experience. The vibes are great, the town is walkable, and the people are very approachable. Lu is an incredible owner who cares about the hostel and the volunteers. She accommodated me when I had a health problem on the trip and gave us clear schedules to follow for our shifts. Gabby, you were so helpful while getting used to how the hostel works, keep doing what you're doing! The social spaces are fantastic and made it easy to meet new people. Do come here, there are few hostels that have volunteers that are as involved as this one.

The best experience ever working at this hostel! From the moment I got there I felt so welcomed as part of the team. Everyone is so friendly (the team and guests alike) and it's super easy to fit in. I felt supported in every way, and was able to achieve some of my goals for the trip like practicing my Spanish more. The work is very fair, just a few hours a day and it's really enjoyable, sociable work. The town of Sayulita is also really beautiful and cool - and is a really good place to be based to visit nearby areas. I can't recommend it enough! Thanks so much to everyone at the hostel❤️

Mi experiencia voluntariando en el hostel fue de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. Encontré una familia en un pueblo mágico (Sayulita) en donde pude conectar con personas de todo el mundo tanto huéspedes como otros voluntarios y las personas del staff que, por cierto, durante toda mi estancia fueron siempre muy abiertos y flexibles conmigo haciéndome sentir como en casa. Si buscas disfrutar de diferentes playas hermosas, aprender y/o practicar surf, divertirte y conocer personas increíbles, el hostel es muy buena opción :)

Este es definitivamente de los mejores voluntariados que he hecho. El voluntario se trata como familia y es escuchado. Lu siempre está atenta a todo lo que necesitamos y dispuesta a ayudar. Como voluntario obtienes una cama, desayuno, descuento en el bar, tablas gratis, surf trips gratis y lavandería. Sayulita tiene una vibra hermosa y nada más te hace falta una semana para sentirte como parte de la comunidad del pueblo si estás pensando en ser voluntario en el hostel no te arrepentirás, es una experiencia increíble

LaRedonda is the absolute best hostel in Sayulita, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. from the chill backpacker vibe to the amazing careless atmosphere of Sayulita it is the perfect balance of form and function and I could not have asked for a better experience. I absolutely recomend it for everyone that likes the beach/surf life. Thank you Lu and Ana, I hope I get to see you all again one day.

My stay at the hostel was a complete success. The owners, Lu and Ana, are super kind people that really care about how you feel during your entire stay there. The other volunteers made me feel at home as soon as I arrived there, and we all got along really good, so know that you will always have AT LEAST them to count on when you're in Sayulita. Plus, there is always some fun activities to do at the hostel. The work is okay, nothing difficult and the hours are just as agreed on worldpackers. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to go on a good experience and meet amazing people!

What an amazing experience! this hostel quickly becomes your home and I would definitely recommend it to any traveler who wants a different experience while traveling. you get to really know sayulita and the amazing people staying there. you have the opportunity to form meaningful connections with the guests and the other volunteers and it truly feels like a big family. sayulita is the best, and everything is in walking distance. Lu and Ana are great and will help you with everything you need. take into consideration that this is a party hostel and it can get pretty loud. highly recommend!

Staying at the hostel as a volunteer has been one of the best decision i have ever made in my life. I have been working here for 1 month and im still not not planning to leave. The people are super kind and openminded and the vibe here is incredible. There is no words to describe how amazing a hostel this is, so you'll have to experience it.

The hostel offered me the opportunity to have my first volunteering job and it has truly been an unique experience . Vibes here are really good and has been a excellent time. I've met a plenty of people from different nationalities, cultures, languages whom most of them come willing to getting long. My coworkers always helped me to get a lot of fun and often they were support me. Overall the hostel is an amazing place to stay for any length of time.
