My time at the hostel was amazing! Despite only being there for a month I feel like I had a community in Sayulita with both the amazing staff and guests as well as the friendly locals. The energy of the hostel is very inviting and warm and the tasks of the job were very fair and reasonable! The location is perfect as you can walk to the beach, plaza, bus, and more all within 10 minutes. The hostel has free surf rentals for volunteers which allowed me to pick up a new hobby that I am so grateful for :) big hug to the whole team and if you are thinking of volunteering, go! <3

My time at the hostel exceeded all my expectations, and i mean all! To begin with i have to mention the atmosphere, the family vibe is so strong i felt like i was leaving my home at the end of my volunteering. Both Lu and Kasia are the warmest and kindest souls and i have shared so much laughter and funny stories with them. same goes for the other volunteers, the group dynamic during my time was so strong which is essential in actually enjoying your time somewhere. The work hours were totally respected and even the town of sayulita is so charming and fun. Love you guys always and forever!!!

Great place that would make you feel at home. Easy tasks, really nice to get to work in this precious warm vibe. You'd never get bored at the hostel !

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the hostel and was sad to leave. The environment is super chill and friendly and there a big community vibe. The place feels like a family. The connections you can make with the other volunteers and the guests are very special <3 The work is easy and leaves plenty of time to explore the beautiful Sayulita. Free boards is such a good deal too if you're looking to learn how to surf. Thank you Lu, Ana and Kasia for everything :)

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. Realmente fue una experiencia inolvidable y definitivamente quiero volver. La host Lucero es un amor y siempre esta al pendiente de cualquier pregunta que tengas. Al igual la manager aunque la conoci por poco tiempo es una persona increible. Lo unico que recomiendo es venir durante temporada alta ya que durante el mes de agosto se sintio un poco vacio y habia veces que no tenia mucho que hacer. Sin embargo a pesar de que visite durante temporada baja, mi experiencia fue increible.

Definitivamente el hostel y sayulita se quedan en mi corazón siempre. Como primera experiencia me parece que fue increíble, las tareas son sencillas, el ambiente relajado y el lugar súper acogedor. No se que es exactamente lo que tiene pero toda la vibra ahí es relajada y te hace sentir como en casa. Definitivamente volvería 🫶🏻

El hostel fue el mejor lugar para mi primer voluntariado, las tareas son explicadas al 100% y siempre hay alguien más a quien puedes consultar si tienes dudas, es fácil adaptarse porque siempre hay actividades para conocer personas y Sayulita por lo que rápido te sientes cómodo moviéndote a todos lados y con nuevos amigos de muchas partes del mundo, la vibra entre voluntarios es increíble y me ayudo a crecer mucho personalmente!!!

What a lovely time Ive had!! 3 weeks flew by. Lu is an open and kind host, who is always around the hostel. If there were ever any questions from my side, I didn't struggle to find Lu, or someone else. You're never alone & the work is simple. You're working in a team with at least 5 other volunteers, 6 days a week, 5 hour shifts. Sayulita is gorgeous and the beach is right by!!! I've meet so many kind souls staying and working in this hostel. A time I will never forget. Thank you to Lu & the hostel team ❤️

Es una experiencia increíble, sí te apasiona el surf o quieres aprender es el lugar perfecto para ser voluntario. Es un lugar perfecto para mejorar tus idiomas y conocer personas de todo el mundo. Vives experiencias únicas junto a amigos que creas en el camino y te das cuenta de que eres capaz de hacer cosas que ni pensabas. el hostel más que ser un hostal se se siente como un hogar y después de convivir con las managers y los voluntarios, te das cuenta que pasan de ser compañeros a ser familia. Y lo único triste de mi viaje fue el tener que decir adiós.
