My experience as a volunteer at New Samay was incredible. From the very first day I felt at home and part of the team instantly. Pablo and the staff created a really great environment in order learn while also having fun. The hours were social so there was a lot of free time to explore the city and also take some day trips, or 2 day trips to surrounding towns/cities, which I loved. As well, the location of the hostel is second to none and is so close to the center that everything is reachable by foot. Thank you Pablo for the amazing opportunity, I will never forget it!!

This hostel experience was absolutely amazing! Pablo and all of the other staff made me feel so welcome and helped in every way they could to make me feel at home and immerse into Sevillan Life. The hostel gave many great recommendations on where to go, including a paid for Flamenco show! I would definitely recommend this experience for a traveller who wants a chill environment but the hostel can still be social. Thank you New Samay!

My experience at Samay was great. It was my first worldpackers trip and everyone made me feel at home. I have made friends for life and the staff were extremely friendly and kind. The night shift was difficult at times but my four days off work gave me an opportunity to experience Seville and get to know some of the local people. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who wants to meet new people and get to know a really great city.

Really nice hostel. met great guests and volunteers. the room where the volunteers stay isnt very nice. the hostel doesn't provide a social environment either.

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Todas las personas que forman parte del equipo (Pablo, Alex, Stefano, Marcos y Nico) han sido siempre muy disponibles y pacientes a la hora de ensenarme las tareas, y al final se han convertido en amigos que espero volver a ver muy pronto en cuanto pase toda esta emergencia debida al Covid-19. He tenido también muy buenas companeras con las cuales compartí esta temporada aqui en Sevilla (Anouk, Natalia y Gisela). En fin, muchísimas GRACIAS a todos porque sin cada uno de vosotros, esta experiencia aquí en Sevilla no hubiera sido la misma!

Two full months I was really lucky to be part of a wonderfull team in Samay hostel! I enjoyed my work every day thanks to the positive atmosphere in the hostel and the encouraging and very patient collegues . There was this perfect mix of serious working people that at the same time had space doing that in a very familiar way which made the teamwork really comfortably. In particular I want to thank you Pablo for your presence and generosity, which I don't take for granted!!! Certainly I will visit Sevilla again so for now an "hasta luego" will do! :) Anouk

Mi experiencia como voluntaria en el Hostel fue de 2 semanas ya que luego nos vimos afectados por las medidas respecto al Covid-19. La experiencia fue excelente, mis compañeros maravillosos, mucha paciencia y predisposición para explicar todo y siempre con una sonrisa, fue un placer: Marcos, Alex, Nico y Stefano. Mis compañeras de voluntareado se convirtieron en amigas y es un placer compartir la cuarentena con ellas, Naty, Anuk y Analisa. No encuentro palabras de agradecimiento suficiente para Pablo, una persona con una calidad humana increíble! GRACIAS POR TODO❤!

It was my first experience with Worldpackers. I have stayed for 2 months at Samay Hostel. The hostel has a really good location. You can reach out to all the city attractions on foot. The staff-room has organized for 4 people. The task contains the reception and kitchen shifts. 6 hours of work is quite manageable. Pablo (The manager of Samay Hostel) is always ready to help. He is kind and friendly. And Seville is a great city which has always sunshine even in wintertime! I truly recommend this place for everyone who wants to be in a cordial atmosphere with a lovely team!

I had an awesome time at the Samay hostel! It has been my first work exchange and I definitely wouldn't want to miss that experience anymore. The whole team is so warm and welcoming and I was included in the team and their tasks from day one. Thank you Pablo, Alex, Marcos, Shaila and Edo ☺! Everyone in the team is very helpful and they are happy to teach you new things. The atmosphere in the hostel is great and I've met so many amazing people here. I would definitely recommend the Samay hostel to everyone!
