Really enjoyed my time here at the hostel's Jump! The cleaning tasks are straightforward, and the bar shifts don't even feel like work most of the time because you are mainly socialising with the guests. I would caution that if you are not social and get burnt out by talking to a lot of people all the time, it may be a problem, as the hostel is a small space (20 beds) and you share the Kitchen and lounge with guests ( who don't always get that you are off) Overall, lovely crew working here, the manager Deimantas is a good laugh and Vilnius is a gorgeous, artsy city to live in for a while! :)

I loved every day of my stay there. The workload is not that much even during high season, this gives you tons of time to explore Vilnius and its surroundings. Deimo, the manager, Is a really cool guy, he even helped when i was not feeling really well. Worth mentioning they have a partnership with a hostel in Riga, where you can spend your day off for free.

I had an amazing time at the hostel! The host was fun and helpful, and the tasks were simple and well explained. The cleaning shifts were not to demanding, and the evening ones felt more like socializing than actual work. The hostel itself is nice and in a great location. Vilnius is beautiful and definitely worth exploring! The atmosphere in the hostel was super social and easygoing, both with guests and fellow volunteers. We organized pub crawls and had fun going out with guests all the time. The best way to sum it up: I left genuinely wishing I could've stayed longer. 10/10

This experience was really cool, I will never forget it. Everyone is really nice in here, and the mood of the hostel is just amazing. The tasks are really easy : you have to clean, or welcome the guests, serve drinks… There is 2 shifts : one from 12 to 16 and another from 19 to 23 ! You do one shift per day. I really recommend this experience ! I even had fun while working. However, I don't recommend this experience if you don't considerate yourself as a sociable person, you always have to welcome guest, and set the mood :) Thank you for everything !

I volunteered here for around 4 weeks and I enjoyed every single minute of it. It was my first volunteering experience but I immediately felt welcomed by everybody there. The cleaning shift was very manageable and the evening shift didn't even feel like work, just socialising and meeting new people. I would 1000% recommend this to anyone that's sociable and always down to have fun. Deimo the manager is very chill and fun to work with, especially when he's hosting a pub crawl. Hands down one of the best experiences I had, deimo is such an awesome manager and a great host and a friend, the work is not hard but you do come to work and give your best to the hostel and guests, and deimo will try and help you as much as he can so that you'll have a proper day off The hostel itself has such a family vibes and in such a good location 10/10 would come again

I absolutely loved my time in the hostel ! The hostel is perfect to socialize very easily, the hostel itself is very cosy. The city of Vilnius is really beautiful and has a lot to show ! Concerning the job, it's very easy and a fair ammount of work so you can explore during your free time ! 100% recommended !
