The hostel is the best volunteer experience I think you could have, you work 4 days a week, all shifts are reception with minimal cleaning and just a few daily chores, you work Three 5Hour shifts and One 9Hour Night Shift (00:00-09:00). Maya the manager is incredible and just a sweet soul who would do anything to make you feel at home and help you if you have a problem. During my stay we got 250nis twice a week for team groceries which when managed right worked out but can be a struggle when you have a lot of volunteers but this system was changing the week I left. Overall highly recommend

Volunteering at the hostel was a great experience! The location of the hostel is perfect, they respect the hours of work and have a great ambiance. I was able to meet lovely people and enjoy the city while doing simple tasks (sometimes the work can be a little bit harder, but normally it is pretty simple - just be aware that you gotta do night shifts, so if you have trouble sleeping this might be an issue). I really enjoyed the yoga classes and all the initiatives they had. I hope to see you guys again, thank you for everything and stay safe! Shalom and todah rabah ❤️

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel!!Mostly because I met so many new people from all over the world which became really good friends for me. All the volunteers were great and I felt comfortable really quick! The work includes basically everything that needs to be done in a hostel. Check ins, cleaning, organising etc. Most of the time the work is really chilled and you can socialise with people a lot during your shifts. Sometimes it gets stressful and difficult situations appear, where I would have wished to have someone around that can take responsibility and assist.

I really adored and cherish my time at the hostel. I met the coolest people ever, I was so reluctant to leave. The guests & volunteers make this experience so much better. Maya (the new manager) is so caring and attentive. Work isn't draining, it's simple and often you'll be socializing with everyone while working. Sometimes when issues happened it was hard to know what to do especially if you're new and no one's around. But I really recommend coming here.

The interaction between the other volunteers and the guests was truly amazing. I met so many new people from all over the world and got to learn many new things from other cultures. Almost every evening/night guests and volunteers would sit outside on the patio, talk and play cards. So one would never really be alone. Sometimes we would spontaneously make pancakes for ourselves and also offer them to the guests just because we became friends in this short time. Lior and Noa always cared about us and how we felt. They are amazing people and one could always talk to them if something was wrong.

My time at the hostel was incredible I enjoyed that much that I extended for 1 week more and there were not problem with the owner. There were other volunteers in the hostel and they made the experienced so much better (I will miss you guys). I stayed in a room with only female volunteers we have our own bathroom and shower so it was nice to have some privacy. When I arrived to the hostel there was not too much to eat but now Lior is giving money twice per week for groceries (a littler more money will be good tho). Overall it was an amazing experience ;)

This was my first time volunteering and have to say that I had really good time at the hostel. Lior is a really nice person and he made me feel at home all the time. Im coming back for sure someday to this place, 100% recommended!

This was my first worldpackers experience and it was amazing. Lior is a great host and cool guy . My tasks as a volunteer were pretty simple. On my working hours I would be in charge of check ins/outs, cleaning and reception. You get 2 or sometimes 3 days off which is perfect to get to explore Tel Aviv. Lior is very flexible and very accomodating to schedule requests which is really nice. He always gave us our schedules on a Saturday which allowed us to plan our week. The vibe in the hostel was great and the other volunteers I met were amazing. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Toda Lior!!!

I had a really great time here and the hostel has a great vibe! The location is excellent and the other volunteers were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend people to volunteer here.
