My experience was truly great. The hostel is very centrally located, which made everything super convenient. Santi and Marco were always kind and respectful — they're easygoing people and great to be around. The tasks were straightforward and the schedule was fair, giving me plenty of time to explore and enjoy the city. Thank you, Santi! I hope to come back soon :)

Tuve una linda y enriquecedora experiencia en el hostel. Santi es muy dispuesto y atento. Tuve un cuarto para mi sola, el desayuno es muy completo y varias veces tuve incluida la cena también. Me hicieron sentir muy cómoda en toda mi estadía. Tuve un inconveniente que hizo que tuviera quedarme más tiempo en Quito, Santiago en todo momento estuvo pendiente y arregló mis horarios para que siguiera el voluntariado. El hostal es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado. Las tareas son sencillas y los horarios son los acordados. Santi gracias por todo, te deseo lo mejor para vos y para el hostal 🙏🙌

Hostel muy bien ubicado, todo lo que necesitas tiene en el Hostel, Santiago es muy amable y tranqui, el Hostel es muy grande y muy confortable. El laburo nada más que ayudar en las tareas del Hostel, siempre lo acordado. La terraza es muy agradable y tiene una bella vista, te lo recomiendo y los mejores deseos. 🤙

I had such an amazing time volunteering at the hostel. Both managers are super nice. One of the co-managers, Santi, is not just your boss, but a friend you can hang out with and depend on. He truly cares about you and your wellbeing. He constantly asked me how I was doing every shift and made me feel comfortable to ask him any questions or ask him for solutions when I was unsure of how to deal with certain situations. The other co-manager, Kat, is very nice and meticulous in the way she communicates and organizes things. Even though she was unwell, she made sure I had everything I needed.

La experiencia era súper buena, y lo pasé increíble, pero muy rápido:( El equipo muy simpático y hicimos varias cosas juntos! Kath y Santi son personas muy amables y si tienes preguntas te ayudan con todo. A veces también había cena que normalmente no está incluido que era muy rico. Recomiendo este voluntario a todos!

This is a great hostel to meet other travelers and the common spaces are well set up to encourage people to talk and make friends! There are also other volunteers around so in the evenings many people are around watching soccer games or chatting. The owners are fast to communicate when needed and have very sweet dogs that spend time on the terrace for when you need some animal time.

!Fue una excelente experiencia¡ Se respetaron los horarios y tareas asignadas; también hubo flexibilidad en caso de algún imprevisto. Kat y Santiago son grandes personas que están pendientes de todo la mayor parte del tiempo. Los trabajadores del hostal: Rebeca, Jorge y Nerio fueron amigables, respetuosos y atentos. Aparte de todo ello, la convivencia entre voluntarios fue muy hermosa. ¡Recomendadísimo! Cuando regrese a Ecuador los volveré a visitar...

My stay at the hostel was amazing. I felt very welcomed and had a great time. Both volunteers and staff were super nice and i miss the place a lot already. I really recommend. I will be back !
