We expect volunteers to be in good health, motivated, and eager to learn. A friendly and sociable attitude is important, as we share daily life together. In exchange, we offer a comfortable and welcoming place, genuine food prepared by us, openness to dialogue, support when challenges arise, and a peaceful environment where everyone feels respected and included.

Ci aspettiamo che i volontari siano in salute, abbiano buona volontà e desiderio di imparare, e che siano socievoli e disponibili. Offriamo una bella location, confortevole ed accogliente, cibi genuini cucinati da noi, disponibilità all’ascolto e alla risoluzione dei problemi, e supporto per quanto possibile.

Atividades & Turnos

Candidates who apply for longer periods, starting from 4 weeks, are given priority. However, we'll also consider the profiles of candidates who can only stay for a shorter period.

The 30 weekly hours are mainly in the mornings, usually supporting activities in the fields and around the farm. There are also shared rotations for setting the table and washing dishes. Everyone is responsible for personal hygiene, keeping the bedroom tidy, and maintaining shared bathrooms and common spaces clean.

I candidati che si propongono per periodi più lunghi, a partire da 4 settimane, avranno la priorità. Tuttavia, prenderemo in considerazione anche i profili dei candidati che possono fermarsi solo per un periodo più breve.

Le 30 ore di attività settimanali sono svolte al mattino, generalmente nell'aiuto in campagna. Ci sono dei turni per l'apparecchiamento della tavola e il lavaggio dei piatti. E' doverosa la pulizia di se stessi, della propria camera e dei bagni.
