O anfitrião eh um lugar magico, onde vou levar essa experiencia para sempre na minha memoria. Me senti em casa, todo o pessoal da equipe me trataram como se eu fosse parte de uma grande familia. Foi uma das melhores experiencias da minha vida com certeza!! O horario de trabalho eh respeitado e o lugar eh muito lindo :)

My volunteering experience at the host was very special. It offered a peaceful space to process important life changes and feel truly welcomed. The team and volunteers were kind and patient, and I loved the vegetarian food prepared by chef Inés, which inspired me a lot. I appreciated the flexibility with days off, allowing me to visit Lisbon and Porto. Tasks can be intense depending on the season, and initial communication could improve, but overall it was a meaningful, inspiring experience with incredible views every day.

I had a truly wonderful experience volunteering at the host. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, filled with good energy and I always felt supported. The place itself was incredibly inspiring and offered me the chance to grow personally in many ways. the host is absolutely beautiful — a perfect spot to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Portugal. The entire team was kind, helpful and a joy to work with. They made me feel at home from day one. I'm deeply grateful for this experience and hope to return someday. We couldn't have asked for a better volunteering experience at the host! We shared each day with a wonderful group of people, surrounded by beautiful nature and staying in very comfortable facilities. We learned about vegan gluten-free cooking, helped with breakfasts, cleaning, and small maintenance tasks. Everything is well organized, and the food is exceptionally good! We're so happy we chose to do this experience — we even extended our stay. the host gave us not only growth and learning, but also a special moment we'll always carry with us. It will forever hold a place in our hearts.

My first home away from my country was the host in Setúbal. I spent a month helping with meal prep, cleaning, and organizing during retreats. Surrounded by the nature of Serra da Arrábida, I learned a lot about sustainable living and hospitality. I was welcomed by a big family I now carry in my heart. Biovillla is such a beautiful place, nested in the hills of Setubal with lots of nature around. What truly makes it special though is the people working there, you feel really welcome and ready to have a good time. It's also fun that there is other volunteer to share your experience with. During high season when there is lots of retreats the work can get intense but always shared with good vibes. You will get to hear and practice lots of Portuguese and meet locals as well as people from everyone and mindful communities around. Thanks everyone for the good times!
