Step into a place where creativity meets nature. At Finca el Péndulo, our retreat center in the highlands of Jalisco, we welcome travelers, artists and storytellers who want to co-create with us. We are looking for a content creator who loves crafting meaningful stories, capturing moments, and bringing ideas to life through video.

You will help us produce beautiful content that reflects the soul of our space. That includes filming, editing short and long format videos, contributing to our social media strategy, and brainstorming ideas that help our community grow. If you already have your own social media presence, even better. We love volunteers who are excited to share their perspective and creativity.

Optional tasks include supporting with CRM input, community management, and helping with basic organization of digital assets. You do not need experience with all areas, only willingness to learn and contribute.

You will be joining a warm and easygoing team that values authenticity, kindness, and collaboration. The finca is surrounded by nature, horses, gardens and calm. It is the kind of place where ideas breathe and creativity unfurls quietly. We offer a friendly environment, clear communication, and space for you to bring your personality into the work.

Regras

Alcohol is not allowed at Finca el Pendulo
Smoking can only be on designated spaces

No romantic or intimate relationships with guests.
A minimum of 3 months must pass after a retreat before pursuing anything beyond friendship. Volunteers must inform guests of these boundaries if a guest shows interest.
Show up on time for all assigned shifts or filming sessions.
Maintain a calm, warm, and respectful presence aligned with the holistic nature of the finca.
Do not bring outsiders into the finca without permission.

Finca el Péndulo welcomes volunteers from all backgrounds. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, or personal expression.
Everyone is expected to treat guests, staff, and fellow volunteers with respect, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.
