Detalhes

Our Resident Manager program supports the daily operation of our guesthouse in Gangnam. This is a live-in position that provides a free bunk bed in a shared dormitory and a pleasant environment.

The volunteer will help with cleaning, light evening tasks, and basic communication with guests. We are looking for someone responsible, organized, and independent, who can keep the space tidy and welcoming.

Full training is provided, and no previous experience is required. 😊

Atividades & Turnos

1. Cleaning Shift (5 days/week):

🕚 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 or 3:00 p.m.
You will clean rooms and common areas only on your assigned 5 help days.

2. Evening Support (daily but very light):

Light guest assistance such as replying to messages, answering simple questions, and basic coordination.
This part is flexible and can be done while living in the hostel — you can still go out, enjoy your plans, and manage your schedule normally.

3. Help Structure:

Cleaning: 5 days per week
Light evening duties: daily, flexible
2 full days off from cleaning

Regras

🚫 Quiet hours must be respected — no noise after 22:00
🚫 No drinking, partying, or inviting friends inside the guesthouse
🧼 Keep all shared areas clean during and after your shift
⏰ Be punctual and complete tasks independently
📩 Notify the host at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a scheduled shift
