I agree that written feedback can and is often misinterpreted because of the reasons you mentioned. However you also state everyone is different. Some people with cognitive difficulties can struggle to find the appropriate words at the very moment that they must express them. I believe that writing off written feedback entirely discriminates slightly against individuals who could be considered “a bit different”. I am not diagnosed as autistic, but if I find my ability with the pen to be mightier than my ability to think on the spot, then I can imagine this attitude can have a tremendous negative impact on individuals with various mental impairments. I agree with you that speech is far more suitable. But I also believe this point requires a more detailed, inclusive, and well thought out approach.

Solo diria que los comentarios seria mas util ordenarlos con vista al ultimo y no al primero y que queden menos a la vista por que es lejano llegar al ultimo para comentar y el primero que aparece junto al video es el comentario mas antiguo, algo que deberia ser al reves.
