Renan worked at White Rabbit Hostel under my supervision for 1 month during that time, I developed a very high regard for Renan based on the outstanding contributions that he made to our Hostel. He has a very high level on customers service skills and always be ready to answer every question a customer had. Rarely did staff need to explain a process or procedure to Renan more than once, and he was particularly adept at learning our computer applications that we are using. Highly recommend him for every hospitality tasks!
It was the best job ever, we just needed to chill in the amazing swimming pool, play beerpong with the guests and entertain them. We could ask for delicious food anytime and the drinks were unlimited. The staff was really friendly and i made good friends over there!
