L’Adresse des Maîtres is a unique cultural space combining an art gallery, concept store, artist studios, workshops, an art café, coworking spaces and artist residencies — a 300 m² creative house located less than one hour from Paris.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED, talented and highly motivated person to update our website, strengthen our digital presence, and help us grow our client base while showcasing our artistic universe to the world.

🎯 Mission

#1 — Create dedicated pages for each of our exhibiting artists
(photos, bio, artworks, descriptions)

#2 — Develop and manage the digital identity of L’Adresse des Maîtres
through inspiring, cohesive, and professional content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, TikTok, Website, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Airbnb Experiences, etc.)

You will work inside a beautiful historic house filled with art, creativity, and international visitors.

• Creative, motivated, autonomous (self-taught welcome)
• Strong sense of aesthetics and composition
• Comfortable with social media tools and trends
• Basic photography and video skills
• Organized, reliable, and respectful
• Passion for art, culture, design, and creative environments
• English required (French is a plus, not mandatory)
• Calm, hard-working, efficient, and solution-oriented

🛠️ Main Tasks

📱 Community Management

• Publish regular content (posts, stories, reels)
• Maintain a harmonious, artistic visual identity
• Use AI video generators to turn static artworks into dynamic videos
• Answer messages and comments
• Create a simple, effective weekly content plan
• Highlight artists, exhibitions, and events
• Capture content during vernissages, concerts, and workshops
• Promote Dreux as a rising City of Art
• Help attract new clients (artists, creators, workspace rentals)

📸 Content Creation

• Photograph the gallery, ateliers, artworks, and lifestyle moments
• Produce vertical short-form videos (Reels/TikTok)
• Edit photos and videos professionally
• Ensure visual consistency with our artistic identity

🖥️ Web Administration

• Update our website
• Build new artist pages from scratch
• Organize media folders (photos, videos, communication assets)
• Create brochures, flyers, visuals, and presentations (Canva)
• Keep all schedules, offers, and information up to date
• Teach our art director basic community management skills for continuity

📣 Promotion & Communication

• Help recruit artists, artisans, and creators
• Promote studios, ateliers, coworking spaces, and residencies
• Promote all our offers (work posts, exposition spaces, curatorial labels, etc.)
• Assist with marketing ideas, captions, and hashtags
• Maintain a warm, elegant, and professional communication tone

🌐 SEO & Visibility (optional but appreciated)

• Optimize descriptions, tags, and keywords
• Improve local SEO (Dreux / Paris region)
• Strengthen visibility on Google Business

Option 1 (preferred) : 9:00–12:00 & 14:00–17:00 (2-hour break)
Option 2: 9:00–15:00 (no break)
