My Worldpackers volunteering gig was amazing! I learned tons about the work and, especially, connecting with folks from diverse countries, cultures, and backgrounds. Daily exchanges made it super meaningful.Franco, the host, welcomed me day one and made me feel at home. He's awesome—always teaching, helping, and sharing knowledge. I grew professionally and personally; so grateful!Highly recommend to helpers seeking to learn, connect, and thrive in a welcoming spot. Felt comfortable, respected, motivated. I'll carry this forever and hope to return soon! ✨🌍

My experience was good; it wasn't easy. I had to adapt and balance my studies. Overall, it was okay. I managed to have an immersion in English and get to know the place a bit better.

Mi experiencia fue regular y no cumplió mis expectativas. No se respetaron los acuerdos iniciales, se trabajaban más horas de las acordadas y los días de descanso siempre presentaban inconvenientes. El anfitrión trataba a los voluntarios como empleados y no de manera adecuada. Además, su enfoque parecía estar más en el dinero que en el intercambio voluntario. Por estas razones, no recomiendo esta experiencia.

I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. My intention with the volunteer exchange has always been to create a fair and respectful environment based on mutual understanding and collaboration. Any agreements are meant to be clear from the start, and if there were moments where expectations did not align, I regret that this caused frustration.

Conhecer Malta foi uma experiência incrível! E fazer isso com o voluntariado nos proporcionou que se tornasse melhor. Tivemos a oportunidade de conhecer outros voluntários, conhecemos a cultura local e nos encantamos com as lindas águas de Comino. Na capital e região há muita atividade noturna, o que não ocorre na ilha de Gozo, mas que vale a pena ser visitada! No hostel, as atividades eram tranquilas, os hóspedes gentis e alguns até se juntaram a mesa para jantar conosco! A área privativa da equipe demanda melhorias, mas o anfitrião demonstrou interesse nesse cuidado! Com certeza voltaríamos
