Looking for a meaningful experience in a tropical paradise? Come join us in Pearl Lagoon, on Nicaragua’s stunning Caribbean coast, and help us fill every morning with warmth, flavor, and good vibes! We’re looking for a friendly, responsible couple to help prepare and serve breakfast for our guests — all while living just steps from the water in one of the most peaceful and beautiful places you’ll ever see.

You’ll become part of a welcoming local team, surrounded by nature, music, and slow island mornings. Your mission? Help make each sunrise unforgettable by serving fresh, simple, delicious breakfasts and making our guests feel at home.

🌺 What you’ll do:

🍍 Assist in preparing breakfast (coffee, tea, fresh fruit, eggs, bread & simple dishes)
🥣 Serve guests with kindness, smiles, and good energy
✨ Keep the kitchen & breakfast area clean and organized
🌴 Occasionally support other small tasks around the lodge
🚣‍♂️ Enjoy the kayak to explore the lagoon whenever you want
🍽️ Share daily local meals and great conversations
🛏️ Sleep on-site or in a nearby guesthouse
🎶 Be part of a warm, musical, family-style Caribbean atmosphere
