It was an amazing experience on the jungle with Thomas, I learned about building live in the jungle, plants, trees, planting, and how to build with the materials of you surrounding. I also learned more about health food and exersicing from Thomas and he helped me with my own project. I wanted to build a forge and make my own knife from scratch metal, which he helped me make. Thomas is a guy with interesting opinions but lets everybody in there own values. Het provides everything needed and also does some fun activities like pizza and sushi night, bonfire friday and walks to the waterfall.

The place has a lot of Projects that you can help with. My tasks were chopping and stripping wood chopping coconuts and helping making the oil, cleaning work areas, harvesting bananas andbuilding stuff with concrete and wood.For food he will provide about everything you ask him to get and then you're able to cook whatever you want with it on a fire place. The area was absolutely beautiful with Jungle hill views, rivers, waterfalls and farms and their animals and lovely people. Thomas knows a lot about food and about living in the jungle and funny. I had an amazing time there and learnt a lot!

One of the most unique experiences I've ever had, you essentially learn how to live in the jungle with Thomas. It's raw, authentic, and very rewarding. Your experience will depend greatly on the other volunteers, and was happy to have 3 other amazing volunteers with me during my stay. Would recommend!

I had a lovely stay at Haciendo the farm, even though my plan was to stay for 2 weeks I had to leave 1 week before because of changed plans which was sad because I was really looking forward the whole stay in this beautiful environment! Would love to come back when I get the chance ☺️

We had a really great experience at the farm! The place is amazing, you can truly feel that you are in the middle of the jungle. It's located right next to a river where you can swim every day and there is also a Waterfall and an indigenous community nearby, that we visited often. I can highly recommend this volunteering experience, if you want to be surrounded by nature and cool people!

This place really immersed me into the Peru jungle life. It was a good place to meet friends and the work was very hands on and involved things like collecting tree saplings, planting them, weeding with machetes, and keeping the living quarters clean. Overall it was a nice place to meet friends and travel to the near by towns for fun experiences.

Spending time at the farm was an amazing experience. It was not only a place to grow and learn but also a space that really strengthened me emotionally and mentally. What stood out the most was the sense of community — you're never alone. And of course, Thomas' card games added a fun and light-hearted touch that made the experience even better.

My stay was amazing! The work was very interesting and wasn't anything crazy as long as you stay hydrated. The heat and humidity did suck sometimes. Thomas was awesome. Always making sure we were taking care of with rides, activities, and food. The activities were so fun. Both waterfalls are gorgeous, we got to play soccer with kids in the lcola village, and I now have many fond memories or walking around Lamas with the other volunteers. Make sure you go to Chocolatería Pepitas De Cacao. Overall a great time. And I can highly recommend the river house. White noise is 👌
