My experience in the hostel was great, i brought good memories of volunteers and stuff, the tasks aren't hard once that you finish you're job you can go out and you will have enought time to find out the country bif you want. Haarlem seems to be a small and quite city what was good for me. The hostel is a comfortable and warm place where you can meet friends as well. The stuff is amazing i really loved some people there, if the bedroom for volunteers could be a little bit bigger it will be exelent. the hostel greatful to let me spent a good time in the netherlands.

Volunteering in the hostel was a really good experience for me, in spite of some details. The infrastructure of the hostel in general is great, you can use the common spaces and you can interact with other travelers there. In the case of the volunteers room it wasn't always comfortable. The staff is amazing, everyone is nice and they're always willing to help and talk with you. I have to say there were some coexistence problems that could be fixed with a more involved leadership. Tim is amazing and he's always willing to help out, talk and get to know you. Haarlem is beautiful.

It was my first experience traveling with worldpackers,it was one the most amazing experiences ever, you gain a lot from it,it helps you build your personality to limits you didn't expect,and about the place, it was like home, the hostel,workers, volunteers,they all become part of you...i definitely recommend volunteering for this hostel.

I don't have enough words to describe what this experience meant to me. The hostel became my new home, the other helpers and the staff, my family, my friends for life. In the beginning we had a conflict about the vacancies, but Tim took care of everything and helped us with what we needed. He's the greatest host, by the way. I learned so much, i lived so much and I am so grateful to have spent amazing 30 days with my dutch, canadian, french friends. All the moments will be remembered with much love and joy. Thank you, hostel, and I can't wait to come back <3

I spent a month in the hostel which I now consider my second home. I really enjoyed my time volunteering there even though we had a lot of hard work due to renovations, we always had fun. The working hours are respected and everything else mentioned in the description as well. Thanks to all the staff and helpers group for building such an amazing experience for everyone.

Tim is amazing! I love his outlook and he is very caring and always there to help. The volunteers are amazing I truly feel like I'm leaving my family behind as I leave Haarlem. The staff is nice, they're all Haarlem locals and they're very helpful with anything you need. The tasks we're not very clear. Some staff members ask you to do more than others but in general it's a very light work load. Overall I had a very good time. The town is very calm and beautiful and very close to Amsterdam if you want to visit on your off days. Kudos to Tim! He is doing an AMAZING job as a host :)

I had an amazing time at the hostel! I got the chance to make great friends, not only among the volunteers but also with the hostel staff. Special thanks to Clara, Gabi, Daan, Tim and Karen for the hangouts. And also to best volunteers' team, Laia, Nathalie, Larissa, Fabio, Cami and Joel. Thank you' ll for making this an amazing experience! Imma miss Haarlem!

It was a wonderful and lovely experience, everyone is very friendly and cheerful, they make you feel very comfortable and happy. Communication with the team was always good, they were willing to help you with whatever you need. Working hours and days off are respected which is great since you can go out and see the surroundings. I made very good friends there it was difficult to say goodbye. Thank you very much everyone ♡
